BROUGHT A BMW 520D FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. WAS SPEAKING WITH JAY AND SEEMED REALLY HELPFUL. GOT THE CAR DELIVERED TO FIND MOT MUST HAVE BEEN A BACK HANDER. THE CAR HAS A STEERING FAULT REGARDING THE BUSHES. THE WASHERS DONT WORK. OIL LEAK FROM ROCKER COVER. PARKING SENSORS DONT WORK EITHER. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THERE RESPONSE WAS .... GET IT LOOKED AT AND WE WILL SORT THE COSTS. TOTAL SILENCE AFTER THAT. I GAVE THEM A WEEK TO REPLY BUT NOTHING. REPORTED TO DVLA REGARDING MOT. HAVE HAD ANOTHER MOT RE DONE BY MY DAD AND HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THIS CAR COULD NEVER OF PASSED ON THE DATE IT APPARENTLY HAD. LUCKY FOR ME MY PARTNERS A SOLICITOR AND HAVE APPLIED TO THE SMALL CLAIMS. ALL COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED BY JUST COMMUNICATION. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Viewed the car at their showroom, it ticked all the boxes, left a deposit and got it delivered free next day! Pleasure doing business!

I went to look at a vehicle this company had for sale Advertised eith an electric deplorable tow bar, after travelling 2 hours, we find the tow bar has been removed from the vehicle. This was a set back, but I was still interested. In the advert it stated the timing belts had been replaced, when test driving I asked to see the receipt for this work and was told they are waiting for the invoice to come back from the garage who fitted the timing belts, they promised to send this on to me when it arrived. It never arrived and now I have to spend out £700 to get the belts changed as they have not been done. The tow bar cost me £650 to replace. Advertised with full history, it does not have full history. I have contacted this company many times asking for my proof of belt changes ans now being ignored. After paying for the car, I get a piece of paper put in front of me saying I was buying the vehicle as spares or repairs with no warranty, not what was advertised. It was a full functioning vehicle with MOT and no faults so no reason to sell as spares or repairs, this is just a way for them to get out of giving you a warranty on the vehicle which is against the law in this country. These are the facts from buying from this company. I have given them a fair chance to resolve the issue but they are not interested. I would not purchase another vehicle from this company. I have the advert and can highlight countless faults with it regarding the description on the vehicle.

Wish i'd seen these reviews before purchasing a car from these scammers. The moment you ask more questions and something is mechanically wrong with the vehicle, the go silent. Have had to fork out so much more to sort out underlying problems. Karma is a bitch and that same hand will get dealt to you.

This person who calls himself ‘Toby’ isn’t called Tony. I have his full details, he also fraudulently sells vehicles and doesn’t deliver!!! He’s taken my money and robbed me, I’m now taking him to court - I work in the ambulance service and told him some recent events which have been challenging to me and me getting a new (to me) car is a big deal - he robbed me. Stay well away from this fraudulent individual - you’ll absolutely regret it and I’ll be having his face in the local papers shortly as I’ve found who he really is

I have been trying to contact this company all week, no one answers the telephone, finally got hold of someone on friday, I was very interested in a car they had for sale, got told will phone you back with details. As you guessed no one has called, i have continually tried calling but no luck in getting hold of anyone, their answer machine does not work either. I would never trust handing over any money to such an unprofessional organisation, Their website says speak to our friendly sales staff, what a JOKE !!!!

This guy called Toni/Tony is so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. Thank god we didn’t buy the car. We were serious about buying and even wanted to put a deposit down. We had an appointment which we were running late for. We got told over text message to forget it and called us a bunch if messers. When we called back apologising AGAIN Big man Toni told us to F Off. Wow! I rang in to complain about his customer service and I don’t know how he’s in sales, he was so cocky saying how he made a “million quid this year”. He also said you’re lucky your asian and something else which he mumbled and then hung up. This company is a appalling!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
