I have had my ds3 i got from them for about 3 weeks now and not had a problem battery in key fob needed changing and that was all. steve was fine to me he allowed me to go all over car without being over my shoulder giving the salesman pitch. right now i have one very good looking fully loaded very quick car and everything is working fine.

We bought a Mercedes C Class from Simon after being recommended by friends.
Great Service, Simon kept us informed, The service was better than Mercedes and better value.
There are only two salesmen and it seems very busy.
We had a small issue, but returned to the garage and it was diagnosed and fixed same day.
The Valet gave me advice on how to keep my car in good condition.
The Chief Mechanic was previously a MOT inspector and confirmed everything that had been done to the car.
The Coffee was the worst part of our experience. Decaffeinated and pretty weak.
The Car is a absolute dream. We went to buy a BMW but WE TALKED ourselves into the C Class Mercedes. C220 CDI.
The car drives great and has cameras that make parking in the supermarket very easy.

Found a car on their site, spoke to them over the phone and was pleasant enough but we lived 2 hours away so left a deposit over the phone to hold the car, and we confirmed all the finance over the phone too during Covid. They were going to put the car through MOT on the Monday, come Wednesday when we confirmed we could collect the car, we phoned just before we left and they said it would be another 2-3 days as it had still not gone through MOT. We tried calling again but no answer so left an email to say we were not coming and asked for our deposit back as we felt we were being messed around a lot. They refused to give the deposit back as in their words ‘you didn’t turn up so this money is now going to pay for staff wages who waited for you’! Please avoid this dealership at all costs, save yourself the stress and money as I won’t be seeing my deposit again :(

*UPDATE VAUXHALL ASTRA 2011* Cheshire motor car sales fixed my gearbox and did a test drive. I didn't have to pay anything and they went out of their ways to make sure that my car is okay. They provided me with a courtesy car in the meantime. I was a little bit upset at first but now i'm relieved. I will collect my car this afternoon. :)
