The car has been really good overall. The customer service was excellent. On the day I needed to sort out the car tax, the online system wasn't working, so I had to take a taxi to the post office. The dealership covered the cost of the taxi, which was so nice of them. The whole process, from the test drive to picking up the car, went smoothly. My grandad did the test drive, and he thought everything was perfect. There was no pressure at any point, and the car was exactly what we had been looking for over the past few weeks. I’d definitely return to this dealership and recommend it to others.

Although I initially gave them a 9.5, in hindsight, it truly deserved a perfect score. I don't know why I removed 0.5, as they do deserve a ten!
