My experience at the dealership was exceptional. The car we purchased has exceeded our expectations, and we are thoroughly enjoying it. The customer service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. From the test drive to answering our numerous questions, they were patient and knowledgeable. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and felt no pressure at any point.
We initially found the car online, and the great experience continued when we visited the dealership. It was an easy-going process from start to finish, and we felt well taken care of. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled for us. Highly recommended!

The new Qashqai is brilliant, everything is good so far, touchwood. I got really worried when I saw this long list of things, assuming it was things that needed to be done to the car. The dealer clarified that it was actually a list to tell me of all the things done to the car. So that was incredibly relieving. They were helpful and really kind. They made sure I was comfortable with the car's functions and controls before leaving, which I appreciated. I will keep them in mind when next looking for a car!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle completely blind and doing it all online without actually going there. I was so nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The Vauxhall was exactly as I hoped and imagined, it was spotless and valeted on delivery, and the two lads who turned up to deliver it were really professional. they kept me updated throughout the whole process and communicated with me from start to finish. I am extremely happy thus far and very impressed with the delivery.

When we told people that we were buying a car online, unseen they were a little apprehensive. But I'm so glad I embraced it and purchased my perfect Volvo V70! We were looking specifically for an automatic estate and couldn't find one locally so cast our net further afield to find this one at Cheshire Motor Car Sales. I love the heated leather seats and automatic boot. Having an automatic has really given me the confidence to take on those longer journeys after a hiatus from driving and I should have done it years ago! We found the car on the Saturday and by the next weekend it was delivered to us with our part exchange taken away. I really need to mention the delivery driver too who was so sweet, he really was the cherry on top top of a fantastic car-buying cake!
