Even after doing this, I was still none the wiser, so I decided to take two of them for a spin. By the end of this, I had finally settled on going for the Peugeot 208. After agreeing to the car, the salesman was brilliant and gave us an extended warranty that came with free servicing and maintenance for the next 3 years, so just fantastic stuff. 5 stars.

It took about 30 to 40 minutes from start to finish, I signed the paperwork, and I arranged to collect the vehicle on another day, so I can't really fault any aspect of the service. 

I was looking to downgrade my car to be a bit more environmentally friendly and primary after something more practical but also have that reliability, so for that, I knew I had to go for a Volvo, and the V50 model just seemed to tick all the boxes, ideal for longer trips with that added comfort. So when one popped up at our local dealership, we arranged an appointment to have a proper look around the car. On the day, the staff were very helpful, engaging, and felt like they did a really good job of understanding how to explain things best for me. It was just great professional service from start to finish, and after deciding to get the car, they had arranged a collection date and time, and on picking the car up, the car had another fresh valet, looked great, smelled great, and there were no complaints from me.

The staff on the day were great, super friendly, and helpful, so I really couldn't complain. The best thing was that they helped keep me informed when the car would be delivered and when they were 20 minutes away, as my daughter had no idea of the surprise. So it was just the little things that added up and made the overall experience great. She is loving the car currently and now has the freedom to drive where she wants, So thanks again for the great car and even better service.

What a great dealership! I decided to upgrade; my previous car had to be arranged to view their seat Ibiza. I really just wanted something a bit more spacious; it was perfect and ticked all the boxes in regards to comfort, how it drives, and  how fuel-efficient it is in comparison to my previous car. The dealership was super easy to locate; they have a vast selection of cars available, and the staff were friendly and super knowledgeable and answered all my questions without faltering, which is always good. The car was exactly as described, and after agreeing to purchase the car, they arranged for a delivery date, and the car was dropped off exactly when they said it was, so there was nothing bad  to say. 5 stars
