Right so im going to put this out there.....If you read 1 review on this page READ THIS...... DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP Never in my time of driving have i had this much trouble buying a car. No customer service very unhelpful and sold me a car that had to be returned back to them twice in a week. Didnt want me to drive the car back and told ME to organise a way to get their faulty car back to them! Went to see the manager as he was on site only to be told that he had left for the day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and i would advise anyone to look elsewhere! The car i bought just leaked coolant all over the engine bay after the first problem of not reaching engine temperatures..... The only saving grace that after a lot of arguing and recorded phone calls they did in fact refund me eventually and now have to go through the hassle of claiming my car tax back as they dont send the v5 straight away which after speaking with DVLA they should DO! Which has cost me another 25 quid on top of the fuel left in the car!

I will begin this review by stating that I did NOT end up buying a car from here. I came across Cheshire Car Sales in May 2015 when I was looking to buy a new car and found a nice car on Auto Trader that they had for sale. I sent over an email enquiry to view a car and received a prompt reply saying it was still for sale and pop over anytime. So, the following day I took the afternoon off of work and travelled over to view the car. On arrival this car dealership had plenty of cars for sale on a yard that was backed up with an indoor unit and car repair shop to the side. I was given the keys to go and view the car under no pressure which is always nice. On inspection it looked ok, a few minor things you expect with a car thats a few years old, nothing much to worry about there. However when I got into the car and attemped to test the clutch and move it forwards a few yards it quiet simply would not click into gear. Seemed strange as I was told it was ready to go and the salesman (I forget his name) said it had been driven and tested and all was fine. I called over the salesmen who instructed the mechanic to come over and try and get it into gear....he failed (why he thought if I couldnt get it into gear he could I will never know). The salesmen seemed shocked that it wouldnt go into gear and anyway he said he would get it up on the ramp straight away, test it and have it sorted. I was sat in the car outside their forecourt for over 30 mins and the car did not move neither did I ever receive a call back from Cheshire Car Sales to come and see it. Such ashame, clearly didnt want to fix the gearbox or clutch. Last time I checked the car was still for sale over a month later. Says a lot. I would not attempt to buy a car from here again neither would I recommend them.
