I purchased a BMW M5 from here back in Jan, I came across it while looking on AutoTrader. When arriving at the dealership I was pleased to see that the advert was completely accurate and nothing was misleading. I didn't take it for a test drive as I knew it was what I wanted. The guys provided a quick service, got me in and out within no time. I would definitely use the dealership again, Absolutely not any time in the near future. I haven't actually used the car as of yet, due to the weather so I actually haven't used it yet haha! I am looking forward to getting it out towards the end of this month.

The service was perfect from beginning to end Mike was excellent he was so helpful and accommodating to me. A very nice man. The car I am so pleased with, the only issue I have had is with the brake pads and discs. However everything else is fine and I am really pleased with the perfect service.

Really happy with the customer service from Mike, it was the first time I had used him and this dealership and it now won't be the last. Great experience from start to finish, very pleased with my new Audi giving it a 5 all the way!

4 good easy and helpful when buying not so good after

Very stocked dealership, has everything you possibly could want, quick turnaround from viewing to sale, Mike helped me pick up my new ST-3 and he was brilliant, really helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend. There was a few wear and tear issues which I have got sorted myself but I can't complain. The ST-3 came in the same day as I was viewing other vehicles, Mike got it cleaned and sorted for me within a couple of days. For that reason I'd rate my experience a 5 star.

The car was more for my Son and Husband, so the only driving I have done in it was from the dealership to the petrol station. But they both seem really happy with it and haven't had any issues. Mike was brilliant to deal with, very helpful and friendly. I would say it would have been nice to have some fuel in the car, I know it's not a mandatory thing but would be a nice touch when spending a lot of money on a car Otherwise I couldn't fault the rest of the experience with Cheshire Performance.

It is nice to have a decent car again after mine unfortunately got written off. I went for a Golf R, it is a great vehicle, I'm over the moon with it. I came across it while looking online and actually spotted it before the advert was fully uploaded haha! When I reached out to them, they sent me more photos via whatsapp and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Brilliant service really, they were always there if I needed anything or if I had any questions. And when I arrived at the shop there was no problems, I couldn't fault them. It was the first time I had used them and would 100% be happy going back in the future.

I have dealt with this dealership in the past, bought a car and traded in a car. They were good to deal with then and while I was looking online I saw they had advertised a BMW M1, I will say the advertisement images do always catch your eye, they must have a good retailer as the cars are always cleaned spotlessly and you can see it in photos also. Dealt with Mike during the sale he was good, talked me through everything helped with the paperwork and that side of things. And then Ania I spoke to about the logbook and he got that all sorted for me no problem. I did have a few niggly issues come up which contacted them about and they sorted, apart from a part they were meant to order that never came. I would still recommend them, they are a good garage. Overall my experience with them this time around i'd rate a 4.5.

I was looking for an ST online and I came across the one that Cheshire performance where selling, it stood out to me by the way it was photographed and it had a ST bumper on the front. So I called up and went to view it. It was a really easy and smooth transaction, the car was all cleaned and ready to go when I arrived so it didn't take much time at all. The guy I was dealing with was great, he showed me round the car, explained all the specs and any little quirks the car had, really nice bloke, wasn't at all pushy. When I saw the car online I had only read the top part of the spec and there was actually more addons to it that I wasn't initially aware of so it was like a nice present on top of the car already haha! Since having the car everything has been great, I did have an indicator and spotlight bulb gone on it but just took it to halfords and got it sorted. Everything else has been spot on. My sons absolutely love it! I would 100% go back to Cheshire performance in the future, they had some nice cars that caught my eye and the staff were great from start to finish.
