To be fair, I have not driven my BMW much due to the weather, but so far it is perfect; I really like it. Mike's customer service impressed me, and there is no reason why I should not give Cheshire Performance a five-star rating for the experience. It was pretty much faultless.

The customer service was excellent from Mike and Amir, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They patiently answered all of my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When it came time for the handover, the car was presented beautifully. It had been thoroughly valeted, looking lovely and spotless. It was clear that they took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Kyle, Amir, and the team to anyone.

In November, I bought my Renault from Cheshire Performance in Manchester. The car drives well, and I’m loving every minute driving it. Mike, the salesperson who looked after me, was a top guy, super friendly, and really helpful. I travelled all the way from Sheffield to Manchester, and the drive back in it was a real treat. Overall, a great experience!

Mike at Cheshire Performance was a busy man when I bought the C Max from them earlier this year, but even though he was very busy he was still great to deal with and honestly couldn't of been nicer throughout the sales process.

I haven’t had a chance to take my new car for a good drive yet, but everything seems good so far. I’m looking forward to some nicer weather so I can take the BMW out more often. There were some issues with the computers during the purchase process, and while this was out of anyone’s control, it was still inconvenient. This is the only reason I haven’t awarded 5 stars, but wouldn't stop me buying from them again in the future if I saw the right car for me there.

So far my Fiesta ST is going good, I've not had issues at all, and it has been a decent car so far. I was recommended to this dealership through a forum, and I’d definitely consider coming back in the future for a part exchange because they stock a few performance cars. Mike was very informative and helpful. I spoke to him on the phone before heading up, and we managed to sort out a deal over the phone. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described. Great experience!

The Zafira has been the perfect car for me, and it was well worth the trip! When I arrived, the car was in great condition, and it was reassuring to know it came with a fresh, clean MOT. Everything went smoothly on the day, and the team was friendly and attentive throughout.

Everyone is nice to your face when you're buying a car, but it's when something goes wrong after the sale that you really see a dealership's true intentions. The guys at Cheshire Performance have been great. I have a small issue that’s currently being looked into, but everyone has handled it perfectly. I've already referred a few of my mates to the dealership. My car has been brilliant, and I'd highly recommend them to others.

Aside from the long trip from Manchester to Edinburgh, the car hasn’t been on any other long journeys yet, but everything seems fine so far. I'm very pleased with it. The salesman was brilliant to deal with throughout the entire sale.
