Both me and a friend bought bmw m135i Both have been listed incorrectly and every time we try and ask for a refund so we can get the parts that have been listed fitted they send you straight to there Solictors , swear down the phone at you and never wants to get the directors on the phone ... maybe it’s because the real director isn’t running the business . Miss sold the car to have adaptive suspension when it dosnt, told me it had cruise control which it didn’t and also told me it had full main dealer service history ... you guessed it didn’t . They wanted to carry out an oil and filter change on a full service On a performance car ..... yes in a back street garage. Avoid They always reply saying that they are dissappointed with poor feedback and they try to be the best. They will also state untrue things about poor feedback

Good service at this dealership no problems with paperwork or car so far so good

The car I went to see was an Astra VXR and it was by far the cleanest I had viewed that week and we did not hesistate in paying a deposit after we had a test drive. VXR's are very well known for gearbox issues and lucky for us this one had just been rebuilt with all the paperwork from the previous keeper. Good selection of hot hatches here worth a look the cars are really clean.

I visited Cheshire Performance last week to view some of their Subaru’s and although most of them had deposits on I was stil allowed to view them which was great. Gutted the one I wanted was sold but they took my details and said they will be in touch when one comes in stock. The team were really friendly young bunch of guys without all the smart attitude you get at main dealers sometimes!! Great place if looking for a Performance car. I will deffo be back.

Bought an ST from here few weeks ago and the car drives superb couldn’t be happier. CP helped me transfer my private reg from my part exchange onto my new car and as I didn’t have the V5 they took a deposit of £100 and as promised they refunded it soon as the log book was received. Really happy with the whole transaction and I would go here again. Cheers.

Incredibly impressed with the number of performance cars here and how well they are presented. I bought an Audi S3 after viewing it online I left a deposit over the phone and pictures online didn't do the car justice, it was an excellent example. Chuffed to bits. I have had terrible experiences over the years with used car dealers simply ripping me off and refusing to help when things go wrong even when the sales of good act says by law that they must. I am now very careful when looking to buy a new motor and do my research. I contacted Cheshire performance to enquire about a insignia which sounded like a very good example and ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I arranged a test drive and was very happy to proceed with the sale. The approach of the salesman was very refreshing with none of the usual sales pitch and hard sell. The car sold itself because it was a very clean car with all the right paperwork and I felt confident in the dealership in how they handled the sale. The car was provided with a new mot and 2 new tyres as agreed. Overall very happy on the day. Fast forward 3 weeks and the EML appeared which was diagnosed as a faulty sensor. I contacted Cheshire performance who asked for a diagnosis and quote for repair all from my local garage. They were happy with the details and gave me the go ahead. No questions asked and no messing me around. Car has been absolutely fantastic since and I can't praise them enough. Their service has restored my faith in used car dealers and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
