I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from Cheshire Performance in March 2016. There was a couple of problems with the paperwork on the day, but it was sorted out. I drove the car home, then didn't drive the car for 5 weeks as I had my own car to sell. Once I started driving the car, I had an electrical fault, I contacted Cheshire Performance and they said they would get it fixed but It took longer than expected, it was eventually repaired and everything worked ok. The fault happened at a bad time for both parties as I needed to use my car as I had now sold my previous car and Cheshire Performance were moving premises. Overall I am happy with my purchase

I had massive issues trying to get my finance paid off even tho they had told me several times it was paid. Full of excuses and lied to me several times. Can't say I'd recommend them at all

Dear Antony Walters. We are sorry there was a delay in clearing the finance off your car, during busy periods this can happen at times but it was cleared as promised within a week. We would also like to point out that we sold the vehicle on your behalf without a fee with the understanding that you were going to purchase one of our sought-after Focus ST models - which we held for you for over 4 weeks. Unfortunately this deal fell through despite your promise that the finance was guaranteed. All the best with your motoring future.
Don't go near Cheshire performance. Recently bought a Mini Cooper s 2002. The car was advertised as 190 brake with a race clutch however, the car is 160 bhp. Had none existent brake pads in. Needs engine mounts all round. False advertisement is against the law. Do not use this company. Save yourself the ball ache. Contacted on many occasions but no response.

Dear Jason Faulkner we are very sorry that you feel this way and would like to clarify that the vehicle was advertised as circa 170-190bhp. Further to a lengthy test drive of the vehicle you confirmed you were happy with the power. The vehicle had been remapped therefore the exact power could not be verified without a dyno report. Further to your request for compensation 6 weeks after purchase, we requested a dyno report from you to confirm the 160bhp but it was not supplied. Please note we believe the comments regarding the brake pads and engine mounts to be completely false as the vehicle was subject to a new MOT with no such advisories at the time of sale. The comment about no response is also false as we discussed the above points with you over the telephone on a number of occasions. Regrettably we had to stop communicating with you when you resorted to abusive language when we declined your request for compensation. We trust the Mini has been in good standing order since the time of sale as we have had no issues reported.
Bought a civic type r from Cheshire Performance Cars. After discovering car boot was leaking in and other issues took it back to be repaired. 3 week later after many phone calls and lies was told car was fixed.went to collect car and was horrified. Car was scratched and damaged inside muddy boots all over red carpets dust everywhere, got car home and is still leaking in just the same.

We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience in regards to the repair. We had used a new mechanic on this occasion who advised us that the issue was resolved. As we do not have our own in-house mechanic we have to rely on what the independent mechanic advises us and we are led by their timescales. We welcomed you to return the car again so we could try to rectify the issue elsewhere. We also apologise that we did not have the opportunity to valet the car before it was returned to you as per our usual procedure (however we did not see any damage or scratches on the car and this was not brought to our attention at the time).
Don't go near this company! I bought a 206 as a Christmas present for my son but when the car was picked up it lasted only the 3 mile drive home. They told us that basically it was a trade sale and wasn't going to do anything whatsoever to help. So they had took my money and now I have no car that works after a day. I will be contacting trading standards. I've been on the phone a number of times today and they just not interested at all I was told that's just how it is. DISCUSTING !!!

I recently purchased a Audi A3 s line from Cheshire performance, the car was exactly as advertised and I haven't had a single problem with it, the sales team was helpful and not pressured like most car sales sites, they were easy going and left us at ease to look over the car and paperwork, nice selection of cars outdoors & indoor, highly Reccomended and will be back, Cheers guys James (Audi a3 s line dsg)

I couldn't fault the service from here, I was between them and another dealer and Chesire performance cars were willing to come down on the price a bit so that swung it. They found the air con wasn't working during their pre sale checks so I had to pick it up a day later but I was happier to have the car in perfect condition. I'd recommend them any day.

It was an extremely refreshing experience to purchase my new car from Cheshire Performance Cars, it is a team of young chaps who are very friendly and not the slightest bit aggressive with their sales approach. I was allowed to view the car at my own leisure and they obliged happily to take a test drive. I was pleasantly surprised with the drive of the car and it's full service history documentation. They also added a full 12m MOT on the vehicle even though it had 4 months remaining which I was very pleased about. Due to the new MOT that was given, I was unable to take the car on the same day but it was ready 2 days later fully valeted for me to collect. I would not ordinarily have purchased a car from a smaller dealership but I must say I was very happy with the service here. I would recommend to my friends and family. Mr G Smitheson, Lancashire.

Bought a car in June from here, travelled up from Derby after discussing it over the phone. Car was as described, really clean with only very minor signs of wear nothing major at all for a used car. More than happy with the pleasant service and as promised a 12months MOT had been put on as the current mot was only 5months. Came with a warranty and information booklet too which is reassuring. No problems in recommending them to anyone. Call first if you're travelling from far!
