Having a lot of fun with the new 4 series. It drives very good. But going back to the buying experience with Cheshire Performance the salesman was very funny and had some good jokes. He was polite and talked us through everything. Felt no pressure throughout the whole sale which I loved.

The CLA has been fantastic, providing an experience that not only meets but surpasses my expectations. The car is everything I hoped for and more. The customer service was impressive too. Mike was very supportive through the whole sale. He was thorough in talking us through every detail and gave us all the information we needed. He was bang on.

Very satisfied with the car, and my wife is thoroughly enjoying it as well. The customer service has been impeccable, they took the time to talk us through everything, answered all our questions, and even when an issue arose, they were quick to address it and have been more than willing to help. The team was welcoming and accommodating, and we’re just currently waiting for a car part to resolve the matter. This was our first experience with them, and it’s already made a strong impression. I've since recommended the dealership to a friend, who will be checking them out this week to get a car.

Massive thanks to the guys for helping me to purchase my dream car. Everything is sweet and I absolutely love it. As it is my dream car, I knew almost everything about it but the guy was great, he checked the oil and sunroof and all the parts of the car to make sure it was all set and ready for me. I will definitely be going back to these guys. And would 100% recommend them.

So far, everything seems okay with my Mercedes A45. I've been driving it back and forth to work every day, and it's been running well. I've noticed it's a bit thirsty on fuel, but I'll keep an eye on that. Amir was really good and honest at the point of sale. He wasn't pushy and gave me some solid advice when part-exchanging my car to make sure I got the best value for it. When it came to the handover, it was handled by someone else, but they were still sound.

Very happy with my Volkswagen Tiguan because it's all running well and so far. All I'm waiting for is the service history to make my experience perfect! - I'm due to take the car abroad next week so it will be a good test to see how reliable it can be.

Happy with how the sale was conducted overall and I was pleased that the car came with a fresh MOT before I picked it up. I've had the car for about 6 weeks now, and so far, I haven't come across any issues. Amir, I believe, was the salesman—he was great. He offered me a test drive, gave a very detailed description of the car, and left me with no hidden surprises. The handover process was just as smooth, with no issues, and everything went as I expected. I also part-exchanged my previous car, and after a bit of negotiation, we came to a fair agreement.

The Mr's drives the car more than me but I've not had any complaints for her, so for the most part I guess everything is going well with the car. I was with her on the day of the sale and everything went as expected, without any delays. The only reason for not giving top marks is because I don't know too much about the car.

So far I'm getting on well and really enjoying my new car. The Audi RS3 has been a mint car for the time I've owned it. Mike was very good at making sure I felt well looked after, there was no pressure and all my questions were answered before going ahead with the car. The whole process was smooth, and I wouldn't change anything if I went back for another car. The dealership even gave me a follow-up call to see how I was getting on with the car, which was a nice touch. 5*—I can't ask for much more!
