Now, I’m not easily pleased and from the start I ask every question known to man about the finer detail. Amir was patient throughout the entire process and never once did he get stressed or annoyed with me. He gave me every single detail I requested about the car and sent me two detailed videos. The ease of dealing with the PCP deal was just awesome. On the day of collection, I was picked up from the train station by the chap that buys the performance vehicles for the store, he was a top bloke and very courteous and polite. When we arrived at the showroom, my car was outside in the sunshine so was subject to every single scrutiny the sun can do to any paintwork, it was flawless. We were allowed to have a walk about and check out all the cars they had before doing all the paperwork (which was all prepared) we were out within 25 mins after a general chat about the industry. On the way home I did get a few issues with the car, so I called Amir and he put my mind at ease straight away. Since having the car for a few weeks I’ve been in contact with Amir regarding a warning light that came on ref the gearbox. Now I was literally thinking I had been done over and they would leave me in the lurch (I live 200 miles away) not at all, they’ve literally been outstanding and paid a massive contribution towards the issue to get it resolved. I read all the mixed reviews online and was quite concerned but all I can say is, these guys are true to their word, if you do as they say and don’t take the pi*s! Thanks very much guys, I will definitely recommend your sales, after-sales and the quality of your cars. So very happy with how you handled my situation as I live so far away. Top notch. What a car, Mr Lewis.

Very pleased with the service I received from the guys at the showroom, all really helpful went above and beyond for me. The car was presented superbly to me, they had done everything and more that I asked. The car was taxed, mot'd and valeted to a high standard. The Focus Rs I went for drives amazing and looks even better. Exceptional service. Nice to be able to look at cars without being pressured, a really nice experience. Thanks guys

Back in January I went to Cheshire performance and purchased a bmw m140i, I did have an issue shortly after purchase with the tire pressure warning sensor, as I was 180 miles away they arranged for me to have the work done locally and got it sorted, Since then I have had no issues and the car has been brilliant. During the purchase the team were extremely helpful and polite, they are a really good company to deal with. I would recommend them for sure.

I recently purchased a Mazda 6 estate from Cheshire performance which I’m very happy with. The car needed a couple of bits sorting on it and they got it all sorted before collection. The customer service was great, nothing was to much trouble and they did everything that was agreed pre sale, Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very professional and helpful staff.
