Visited Cheshire performance recently to look for a new car, I was left to browse at my own leisure. I was given great advice from Amir, really good sales guy, not pushy at all. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. Would definitely use them in the future. First class customer service.

Very happy buyer....I bought a Focus st and everything is running and driving like a dream. Was in the condition I expected and for a decent price too. No problems what so ever with the customer service and cpc looked after me very well, Would happily buy here again.

This is my second purchase from Cheshire performance. I returned for the 2nd time as the service was impeccable the first time, they did everything they needed too, and more! This time round was the exact same, they were faultless. It was stress free as usual and the service that Liam provided was spot on. I think I have found my trusted dealer!

Our salesman was very helpful and friendly and made it easy for us to chose the car we liked without too much pressure. He explained the finance and took his time and we felt taken care of because some other places just rush you and make you feel uncomfortable. I will be back here agin next time! Thanks guys

Smooth and comfortable drive. Great condition for a second hand car. Viewed a few and this was the best one, Really nice first impression of Cheshire performance, it was my first purchase and I wouldn't hesitate coming back.

I'll be as honest as I can without being over biased but im very disappointed overall with the service I received from chesire performance! I bought a mercedes a45 amg 2015 plate for around 24 grand. I travelled down to collect car and after test drive I was fairly satisfied with the car, I really wish i took a mate though who is more car savvy than me though me, and i partly blame myself as alarm bells should of rung when i was 10 mins into my journey home. I had just got on motorway and the engine management light came on, I pulled over and phoned the garage and got told it was just because a change of fuel had went into the car as I had filled with the premium fuel and it would reset itself so I continued up the road, after an hour or so i was getting another dash warning about topping up coolant, again I phoned garage back and told them about issue, to be fair there was plenty coolant in the car, I randomly still get this warning every now and again so no idea why this is happening but no big deal (i dont think anyway). The engine management light failed to reset itself so after a few calls etc I went to my local garage and got the machine on it it was something to do with the car being a de-cat, again i knew it was a de-cat but was more disappointed that i wasnt told this would happen as i think chesire may have cleared it when they got the car and not told me this would happen but will never know!! After 4 weeks of having the car it was its B service already so i booked car into a trust worthy mercedes specialist garage and this is where it went wrong, i got the car looked over whilst i was present with mechanics and had got shown everything that was wrong!! Front and rear discs and pads need replaced quite urgently (rears were terrible condition), oil leaking from gearbox quite badly so needed a transmission service, 2 front tyres were illegal on inside walls of tyre (tracking a mile out) and obviously the B service aswell, whilst getting all these repaired and the usual things from service, they found that spark plugs werent even tight aswell, lucky the 2 that were loose hadnt caused any damage to engine. I obviously let chesire performance know my thoughts on how bad it was!! I genuinely feel whoever they bought the car from all they have done is get it in, give it a good clean and then sell straight on without even looking at anything on the car, I had a bill of just 2 grand to settle, long story short i got a total of £350 from them to put towards the bill, £250 for rear discs and £100 to put towards the tyres, I had to do most the chasing to get this money tbf but eventually got it and gave up on getting anything else out of them. Amir seemed a decent guy tbf that sold me the car but think the business in general is very poorly run, anyway after paying the 2 grand to get my car up to standard it is now running a lot better than when i first purchased it!! I'll no be back for when i buy my next sports car thats for sure, hope this helps and again tried to be as honest as possible so they cant come back at me and say im talking garbage as this is the truth

Recently bought a 335d for about £21,000, love the car but a little disappointed after spending that amount of cash (bearing in mind is was an outright sale) that it’s in need of an oil service in about 3000 miles. Silly things like that would go a long way in making a happy customer. Also, upon MOT 3 of the tyres are almost at legal limit, they did offer an explanation that due to the tyres on the car being top range they wanted to keep them on, they gave me £100 back for that, but when each tyre costs £290 that’s pittance really. It’s a 5 year old car, still very beautiful so I can forgive a few tiny things, including a key scratch on the roof which I noticed as got home. All in all the staff were friendly, helpful and I would do business there again but perhaps with a bit more recognition of the amount spent outright to get at the very least a service done before selling to a new owner.

A year after purchase, my car failed it’s MOT and cost me £2k to fix. It’s MOT was issued by Cheshire Performance Cars in 2019 was wrong as the car had the wrong tyre specification on one of it’s back wheels and so should not have passed the MOT. When I purchased this car after less than 6 weeks I had to return it because it had an oil leak. It was fixed under warranty but took over 6 weeks to do so with very limited communication from the dealership who couldn’t tell me where the car actually was being fixed. Definitely know your cars if you buy from here.

Cheshire Performance from Cheshire Performance in response to Questionable MOT
We are sorry to receive your feedback however we are unable to find any correspondence from you in regards to this matter. Please be advised all our MOT's are completed by independent MOT stations which are regulated by the DVSA. Whilst we understand it is disapointing, it is not at all uncommon for a vehicle to fail an MOT after a year of usage and remedial work is sometimes required - this is part of owning a car. It is somewhat confusing why you believe this to be our fault, but we would have been happy to help and could have possibly reduced your repair costs had you contacted us.
Bought a bmw 3 series from Cheshire Performance Carsearly end off February off them , they lied about how many previous owners the car was advertise for , they also didn’t offer me a test drive knowing that the car needed a Service 3600 miles ago , be carful off this dealership they couldn’t care less about selling Quality cars , just getting your money out off you , and yes I have been to trading standards and they will be in touch with the information I have give them

Cheshire Performance from Cheshire Performance in response to Crap
Dear Mark we are sorry to receive your review however would like to confirm that all customers are offered a test drive and they sign a declaration to confirm this. The number of previous owners is taken from the V5, again all customers can view the documentation prior to purchase. If you experienced an issue with the service due / light we would have welcomed you to get in touch but we have received no contact from you in regards to this matter.
so disappointed with the level of communication at Cheshire Performance. I spoke with them regarding the sale of my 2016 Subaru WRX STI 2 weeks ago and a price was agreed. I didn't speak with Cheshire Performance for a week then called them on Monday to speak with them about arranging a time to drop the car with them, I was asked if I could bring the car on a weekday so I booked today (Friday) off work and said I would call to confirm on Thursday which I did and I was told to speak with Adam when I arrived. I was heading from Birmingham to Manchester on Friday morning when I rang to say I was running late and they said it was fine. Once I got there Adam came over and starting washing the car to check it over, nice bloke and very helpful. But after 30 minutes I was told the owner of Cheshire Performance no longer wanted to buy my car and when I asked for a reason as to why because the car is in mint condition and I had travelled all the way there I was given the answer of 'personal circumstances'. I asked who was going to reimburse me my petrol and I said I wasnt happy with the service and I was told there is nothing they can do. All I will say is Cheshire Performance wasted my time and completely let me and themselves down today. If they wasn't interested in the car they could have told me on 3 separate phone calls. Be careful doing business with this place!
