This has to be hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. From the very beginning, this company has repeatedly made mistakes and breached basic data protection principles which I will escalate with the FCA and the ombudsman. The manager is horrendous to deal with and extremely rude, disinterested in sticking to what was initially agreed and they managed to register my car to a wrong address. They lie about what you are getting and the basics in administration would have been completed better by a child. No acceptance or apologies for their mistakes, they just hang up the phone. Honestly avoid these cowboys like the plague

Bought a car on finance and was told I could “upgrade” the vehicle after a year. So I phoned a year later asking for a upgrade to my current model which they told me they need to do a credit check which got accepted only to be told that they don’t have a upgrade to what I was promised at time of sign. So not only I got a hard check on file they never even had an upgrade. Showroom is good but the cars out back are left to rot until customer wants to buy one or putting in showroom. customer service is generic as they come when it comes to sales. Bit of advice if you want finance; go to main dealership for model that you want.
Bought yet another car from cheshire trade centre , 4th in 10 years plus numerous family members and friends who I’ve recommended . Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else as they make it so easy . Thanks Kev and chris

i have had a few problems with credit and due to my husband being disabled i am struggling to get out of the house due to not having a car. i rang and spoke to kevin who took my details and within a couple of hours my new car was delivered. i can now take my hubby out. Thanks for everythin
I bought a car from these in 2019 and had nothing but issues with it, i got that worried that it was just a money to the point where i paid to get the full history of the car. I then try and swap the car after 2 years like they said i could but very minimal replying like he couldnt be assed, so i just left it and went else where, if you want a good honest car do not go here
What a great company to deal with . I had my new car delivered to my door stop which I am over the moon with . Rang up and within 6 hours of signing the paper work the car arrived
Bought a car from these last summer they said was worth £7000 turns out it’s actually worth a third of that price, would’ve ended up paying 12 grand over 6 years. No response from them when I questioned it later on as the car started to have some faults, done a part ex with Arnold Clark and im now paying the same amount for a nearly new car instead of a car that’s 8 years old glad I got out of it sooner than later as from the looks of things this car would’ve fell apart. I had done 2000 miles on it since getting it from Cheshire trade centre.
Excellent service received , Jon was helpful in getting me the car I wanted which I drove away the same day of my test drive
