Cheshire Trade Centre were very helpful with purchase of car. Had to contact them 2 days later about a problem they were very rude abrupt not at all helpful. Very nice when they want a sale but not at all helpful for advice or resolving a problem just plain rude and abrupt telephone manner is appalling Need to learn some manners and polite customer service skills. Would not recommend.

fantastic service from cheshire trade centre when purchasing my first car. No pressure and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a car last January and had nothing but trouble with it for the first 2 months. I sent it for a full service at Lookers and it came back with many faults. Took it back to the trade center who wouldn't do the work it needed, eventually after many phone calls and arguments I got the so called manager John to agree to get the work done. I really wouldn't recommend this company at all, John was absolutely awful to deal with and was very very rude, Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought a car from Cheshire Trade Centre and within days it's developed serious faults. Going to cost 1000's to put right. They only care about making money. The warranty is not worth the paper it was wrote on.

Please beware DO not use this horrible company. The men are all nice to you and will do anything for you until you have signed the finance . Lie to you and tell you things have been done to the car when they haven't . Rip offs that's all they are. Work on commission just like door to door sales men.
