What a fantastic , amazing team at Lexus Chester. Josh has looked after us from start to finish, The process and communication has been outstanding and professional . We did not have to worry about a thing ,it was all taken in hand by Josh ,so all the pressure was taken away from us , the process was so smooth, VIP treatment all the way ! Communication was outstanding with no worries or hassle. Helpful is an underestimated evaluation ,as Josh made the process simple ,stress free and could not have done enough to help. Giving all his time to show the controls of the car and test drives right through to getting the tax and private licence on the car sorted for us. Absolutely Amazing customer service and even aftersales Josh will still give excellent 5 star customer guidance and is still very involved in making sure we are happy with everything we need to know about the car and we are able to still communicate as if we haven't even bought the car yet. I would also like to Thank Joshes mum who looked after us really well again with VIP treatment coffee and treats and making us feel so comfortable , so friendly nothing was too much trouble.
