Just bought a Jaguar XF from Andy. The service was second to none, especially as it was done remotely. We didn't see the car in person but it was described accurately and Andy sent personalised videos of the car we were interested in and kept in touch throughout delivery and payment. He also accepted our old car in part exchange which was a bonus. Whole thing executed in 2 days. Extremely happy with our 'new' car and cost for delivery was fair for a 200 mile round trip. Excellent experience all round.

Having travelled from the North East to Chesterfield to purchase a vehicle (Golf GTD) i found initial impressions of the premises ans sales persons to be very professional. The cars are beautifully presented and the team are meticulous at what they sell. I visited chestefield Motor Sales on three occasions and was given the chance to look round the cars at my leisure whilst if i needed it help was available. I went with the intention of buying a certain model of car to which 2 were available but due to the quality of the cars on offer found myself looking around others on site. I was given the keys to 2 cars I had narrowed it down to and left to look through History and receipts for the cars which were exceptional on both which seems to be the way at Chesterfield Motor sales. The after sales service was also exceptional and the offer of RAC warranties gives u pei ce of mind. Made a call enquiring about a Jaguar they had for sale and was pleasantly surprised by the polite and knowledgeable sales executive at the other end of the phone! I decided to book a test drive. I had a 2 hour drive from my home to Chesterfield, and they kindly took this vehicle off sale until I arrived at the dealership! What a pleasant experience when I arrived! I recently purchased a car from Chesterfield Motor Sales and from start to finish the service was great. The equipment on the car was explained fully and nothing seemed too much trouble. Finance options were explained and I never felt pressured. Will definitely be going back when I need another car.
