Staff is unprofessional and very rude and the cars very low quality and worn off. They also go by Smile Cars. They are a scam, stay away!

The worst run establishment in Britain... They sell a warranty that's not worth wiping your arse with.. I bought a car from this company and they said the car had full service history.... The salesman told me he will guarantee the cam belt for a year....after 3mths I decided to get the cam belt done thru the warranty but they told me the mileage was to high so they wont cover it The engine had a new water pump fitted but the original cambeltwas put back on.. I had to get the brakes done cause they had mis matched brake pads fitted. I asked for the car to be serviced but they fitted the wrong sump plug which had to be replaced because it leaked.. The car wasnt valeted when I collected it from the dealership. I've sent 7 yes 7 emails to Stephen Jones and only replied twice so i can get my money back for the 2 bob bit warranty they sell...plus they will always make you feel that your trade in car isnt worth much...but when i looked on there site there it was my old car sold for triple the price ..how insulting Save your money go somewhere where they wont rip you off

Please avoid Chichester Cars like the plague. I bought a car from this dodgy dealership thinking I bought a legitimate car, after taking a hpi check it was cleared confirmed yet months later after being in an accident it now emerged that the car I had bought is a cat S and it had been previously been was written off but DVLA had failed to inform HPI and delayed this information delibritably to target unspectecting consumers I have been sold a car under false misinterpretation and have been mislead I believe there is a criminal ring within DVLA who are allowing this.

Bought a car last Saturday from Chichester Cars and im very happy at the moment. Mathew the sales salesman very good, taking back for a mot in a couple of weeks.

My second visit for car bodywork repairs. The job was done in half the time advised and the work done to a good standard within estimated price. Very pleasant staff. Great service. Chichester Cars even valeted the interior of the car which was a nice surprise.

unfortunately everything that gives car salesman a bad name. I would think hard before embarking on purchasing a car from here.

Bought a discovery 3 a few weeks ago, fantastic car, they put a new mot on it for me and PDI'd before i picked it up, they have changed my opinion of second hand car dealers, never used to trust them. Am that impressed i recommended my friend to them and he has bought a volkswagen golf from them. The young man i dealt with was very pleasant and the man i spoke to over the phone was very helpful, giving me exact directions on how to get to them. Ten out of ten, well done.

I have now purchased 4 cars from Chichester Cars over the past 7 years, I have always gone back to Stephen and his team because the service is excellent and the cars are always of the highest quality, I have never had an issue with any of the 4 cars. I could not recommend Chichester cars highly enough and will continue to buy my cars from them.
