Was given £1000 part exchange. Told it all they could. Do. And that was good offer , Week later there selling it fit £4000 I know second hand car sales men have a reputation, but I would have expected from them ! Makes you wonder where else they lie to you ! Just be aware when using this company

We agree that we offered you (and you accepted) £1000 for your part-exchange. However, you failed to mention our need to spend a further £1500 on bodywork damage and mechanical repairs to get it to a retail standard. Our MARGIN was therefore a typical car dealer one of £1500 but this is different from PROFIT. Feedback should be honest and fair, so we'll leave it for you to decide if you think the comments were reasonable.
We recently brought a BMW from here. We were initially very nervous, as we have had some very bad experiences of cars going wrong as soon as we get them home! Tony was great, He was honest and reassuring. There was no pressure and we was left to look and ask questions as we needed. He reassured us that they are there to support their customers and offered the opportunity of extended warranty to alleviate a concerns. We went ahead and purchased the car. We drove to the garage for fuel and then it didn’t start! We called Tony straight away! He was very helpful and got someone out to us within 30 min. Took the car straight To the garage and replaced the battery. Also called when we got home to make sure we were okay Such great Customer support and service !

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from here in July. The car was clean and in good condition other than a few minor cosmetic issues. The dealers were helpful and friendly and the car its pretty good value for money. This is a good local dealership and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Really happy with this garage, they were good as gold! I bought a Kia Sportage from this dealership back in June and up to now I have had no issues at all. The car was pristine and runs really well, maybe a little over priced but its worth it cause its such a good car. I have already recommended Chicos to my friends.

I would recommend Chicos Garage because they were absolutely brilliant, I called up about the car and went down to check it out, this car was a Ford Fiesta. They had no problems with me testing it out and when I went to pick it up later on it was clean and like new.

Bought a car at Chicos Garage Of Plymouth years ago and bought a really nice Volvo. The man who dealt with the sale was fantastic spending a great deal of time sorting all paper work etc, really great service, will consider buying next car there, would recommend to any one.
After buying a car from Chicos Garage there were a few problems but I must add that they were resolved, but seems to be done cheaply.

Chicos Garage of Plymouth have plenty of cars to choose from if you are looking to buy a used vehicle. They not only have stock of some of the most popular names such as Vauxhall, Fiat and Honda but they also have an on site MOT and service centre as well as access to finance packages.
