Sunday salesperson was completely disinterested and very unhelpful. Think he was hoping for a quiet day rather than engage with any customers.
Crooks lying on milage, bad customer service wont rrpair anything, Withholding deposits when the new car is faulty. Illegal insurance process!!!. Instead of fixing your car they ignore your calls. Don't go near them if you want to end up with a dud car.!!!!! Need zero rate but unavailable in order to post review.

Bought my first Sportage in 2014. That's when I first Graham Christian. Picked up my 4th one a week ago. Buying a car from this man is like popping to my local shop to pick up pint of milk. Everything is made so simple, clear and easy. My wife and I are enjoying all the new gadgets on the latest model. Thanks for everything Graham, it's most appreciated and please keep up the good work you're doing.

The purchase of a new car was made a straight forward and pleasurable experience. The service I received from Graham Christian was very professional and he was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery of the car was somewhat delayed this was the fault of the factory and Graham kept us fully informed of the situation.

This is the first time I have had the responsibility of buying a car. I am 79 years young and my husband has always dealt with this side of things so quite a nerve racking experience for me plus dealing with paperwork, insurance etc. Looked at so many smaller cars and eventually found the Kia Venga 4;. I organised a test drive with Graham Christian. Kia Bromley were waiting for the car to arrive and Graham advised that this car would go quickly and gave me the opportunity, without pushing me, to put down a £100 deposit which could be refunded. I did so and my husband and I took the car for a test drive. Really delighted with everything, even the Planet Blue colour. I will be the main driver and we have had it for less than a week and I am loving it. Thank you Graham for making the purchase of this car so easy and keeping me informed and making sure everything was OK for us. Kia Bromley had the car for nearly a week putting it through a service and check up before we collected it. I also took out the Kia Care Plan which again takes all the worry from me. Next big event for my husband and I is our Golden Wedding Anniversary in a few months time Am I glad that we now have a great car. Thank you Kia.

Just purchased my 3 kia. Richard very helpful and a wonderful service,would definitely recommend.
I finally took ownership of my EV6 yesterday some 13 months after ordering the car at Bromley Kia, the delay had been caused by the chip components being delayed at production. Graham the salesman who guided me through the complete process from February 2022 until now kept me fully up-dated on the delivery date. The car is a dream to drive with many great features that i look forward to fully learning to gain maximum driving experiance from this car.
My salesman was Graham, who proved very helpful. I first visited the garage end of September. He kept me updated for 2 months, I collected my car 2 weeks ago, and although I did say any colour but red.... once I saw the 'Red Kia Xceed' I fell in love with it.
