Graham Christian showed us what a 6+ star customer experience looks like. After a terrible episode with Cargiant who basically sold us a faulty vehicle and delayed the refund as much as they could, we decided to just walked into the KIA Bromley showroom on a Sunday, no previous appointment. We were quite sceptical and disappointed with the whole ordeal after our previous experience and we weren't even sure a KIA was right for us. Graham immediately made us feel very welcomed, answered all of our questions with patience, listen to all our grievances and arranged a quick test drive for us. He kept asking us the right questions to determine what we really wanted and if the Niro was right for our family or not. He did not pressure us into a decision on the spot and gladly showed us every car we wanted to see. All in all, we had a top experience and I would sincerely recommend paying a visit if you want great service and fantastic deals. Kia Bromley, and Graham in particular, turned one of the worst experiences of the year into a positive. We absolutely love our new Niro and we feel we made the right decision!

This was our first visit to Bromley Kia Chinese Garage and we found the staff helpful and easy to deal with. The vehicle we went on to purchase had come in just 45 minutes before but the staff were happy to oblige with an immediate test drive. We agreed the deal with Graham Christian who we found to be very thorough, personable and helpful. We are delighted with the car albeit we did find it had a small dink in the passenger door which we hadn’t seen before bringing it home so just a slight disappointment on the purchase but overall very happy with our choice of car and the dealership.
Just want to give 100% to Richard Spiller at Bromley Kia for great selling skills very polite and made to feel wanted.mum will be very happy driving her new car.
Very pleased with the car the Chinese Garage. The service from the sales staff was great and a very big thank you to Martin for selling us the car.
