I probably will never purchase a Audi from chingford Audi again, That's if I ever consider buying a Audi ever again. So where do I begin! I had three years warranty on my Audi A4 when I first financed it, within the third year my shock obsorbers were gone, considering I only did 10miles the most a day, and did not use it for heavy load. Anyway cutting the long story short, after having taken it in for the same problem twice and then a third time just before the warranty run out the shock obsorbers were not fixed! So what did I do? I called them only to be told that I may not be covered! World known multi billionaire Audi pulling a fast one or what? Not to mention they were also suppose to change the brake fluid which they said they done but they hadn't, (which they told me after when I said I had no paper work for the job) After numerous complaints and calls to the manager I finally got my car booked for two months after, and then I had a right bimbo tell me again on the phone I had to pay for parts after the service manager mark said I didn't have to pay. Now! By this time sure you can understand me imagining myself ripping this woman to pieces, after telling her I didn't have to pay because it was an ongoing problem from when it was in warranty she said I should have never been covered for this problem. I just said with a tired tone; "can I only be contacted by mark because I don't think you know what your talking about". She simply said ok, not even trying to understand or even apologise. So I'm still waiting for a call from the manager that told me I will be covered. No body in this service centre talks sense, every time someone calls me, I'm being told something different, a courtesy car is never available even if it's a warranty issue, you can never expect to get a call back for an enquiry. Yep you almost feel as though Audi will be your cause of catching cancer one due to the stress and the irresponsible staff there. And don't know if other service centres are like the chingford one but, guess what I have no intentions of ever finding out once my agreement has ended!
It was a wonderful experience at Chingford Audi, especially the sales staff Solanke Jordan, who was very helpful and in choosing the right car and getting the stable monthly price for me in my recent purchase of Q2. Yogendran, Newbury Park, Ilford.
Customer service skills very poor from Ruby Kang at Chingford Audi . She provided incorrect product knowledge and very pushy for a sale. She needs more training from senior sales managers if you want my opinion.
Offer great advice as well as an excellent demonstration when buying my Audi. Very pleased with the service provided. I recommend Audi in Chingford.
We had most wonderful experience buying a car at Chingford Audi. All staff are very helpful and friendly but I would like to say a special thank you to Said who delivered exceptional customer service,truly this is what is called 5 star experience . Even after purchasing the car our numerous questions were met with attention. Said went extra mile to make it enjoyable and easy for us. Thank you very much Chingford Audi and a massive thank you goes to Said.
