Happy enough to take the money off us quickly when it comes to purchasing the car, however when we need to get the coolant fixed under warranty, no contact and no rush whatsoever. Car had been booked in 2wks ago and had sat there waiting for parts, we collected the car as we needed it and were reassured that they would be in contact?? Do you think they have?? Feels like because we are not paying them for this work they are fobbing us off, honestly disappointed, but just proves that what everyone was saying was true, there aftercare is awful and they shouldn’t be trusted!!! I strongly recommend not to shop at Audi Chingford.

Nobody gets back to you - called and emailed several times, with no response. Completely incompetent staff - ordering parts and then not telling me the part has arrived so then just sending it back. No apologies. Absolutely useless and an embarrassment to Audi. How they think they can charge premium prices for an utter joke of a service is beyond me. Avoid.
Their judge service ratings are falsified, The are the worst service centre, my worst experience yet. No customer relationship, and poor customer service! Paid £400+ for full service. Audi wanted extra £230 for Brake fluid and air con service. Go to an Audi specialist instead to avoid a hole in your wallet, they'll do it all for less than £300 (you can do this even if your car is on Finance and/or under warranty). These guys couldn't even identify an engine knocking problem. Engineer asked for a demo but service manager went against it using COVID as an excuse. I even had it on video but they refused to see the proof. If you're refusing to investigate a problem, WHY ADD IT IN MY SERVICE LOG THEN? Incompetence isn't even the word. They'll ask for feedback but wouldn't even get back to you. Change your sevice center and look elsewhere.

Were in constant contact working through numbers for a car we went to see, test drove and generally spent hours on. Only to receive an email saying "Just got to the office and a colleague sold the car without telling me". Had read and heard that they operated like this at Chingford Audi, but never one to believe heresay. They really did screw me over.
Had my car repaired by Chingford Audi on the 17.07.2019 after an accident, on the service desk Dougie dealt with my car and kept me updated on its every move. I bought my car two years August and Barrington the sale person as contacted me and informed me of the new models that has arrived in the show room. Mrs D Bedford

It's me... I'm back!! I want to once again, thank Dougie Flack at Chingford Audi for his efficient service provision. This was by no means a BIG job to do but, it was dealt with in the same professional and efficient manner as the first time my car was involved in an accident. I have nothing but praise for the time taken, transition and the efficiency of concluding the situation. I now have my car back and I'm very pleased with it. Well Done Dougie and your team!

45 days to wait for diagnostic Check. I have just book a service with Chingford Audi and I have also asked them to check some issue also together. I was expecting great service from Audi as brand is big enough, But they told me that I need to book advance for this kind of issue , I can understand that for service I can be advance but how can I book in advance for this kind of issue? I have also asked them that I will give bad reviews on google for this as they can ask me that I need to book service in advance but not for some errors. Hope that any manager or someone will find my reviews and help me for this. Not sure what to do with my Car now as don't want to give it to another mechanic but it seems like that Audi don't care about this.

I’ve visited this Audi a few times and have had the pleasure of dealing with a sales assistant called Bous. He is absolutely excellent and has great knowledge when it comes to the vehicles and is always really helpful. I’ve spent some time with a few sales assistant in search of the perfect car for myself and Bous has managed to be at the top of my list for the best of the best. Super happy with the service!

I have an Audi on Motorbility and my husband took it in for me yesterday. He said the staff were very friendly & helpful. The car came back extremely clean and it was a pleasure to deal with Chingford Audi.
I would not recommend Chingford Audi as sales staff are very good at selling but what comes to prepare your car before collection is shocking and terrible(service department is useless). I would not recommend to go through what I've recently experienced. Give your money to someone else.
