ABSOLUTE SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST! I purchased a vehicle and paid in full, expecting to collect it from the showroom in Chiswick as promised. When I arrived, I discovered that one of their staff had negligently lost the car log book, a mistake they admitted happens frequently. This incompetence prevented the transfer from being completed. They wasted three days of my time and refused to give me an immediate refund, leaving me without a car. This place is an absolute scam. Avoid it at all costs!

I fulfilled my dream of buying a CB125R, I was in doubt weather it was worth buying a new bike versus a used bike as I do not know much about mechanics I opted for a new bike I did not want a used bike and ending up with the stress of the bike braking or having any issues. A friend that owns the sabe bike recommended that I purchase my bike where he purchased his “Chiswick Honda”, despite this branch being an hour and a half from my house I followed his recommendation and purchased the CB125R from Chiswick Honda with the understanding that buying with Honda I have the guarantee of receiving quality service and maintenance on my bike, My friend attested that costumer service was fantastic, and I testified this with the sales team whom were fenomenal - Robert assisted me during all the steps of my purchase from my first visit to the day I collected my bike and this made me feel secure in my choice. However my dream has turned into a nightmare- my bike came with a manufacturer problem - after putting the bike in neutral it does not go back to first gear, it catches the clutch only goes to first gear after pressing the clutch many times. My friend who recommended Honda and owns the same bike I own advised me that Honda would look at this and fix it he recommended me to mention this on my first service , I was also informed by Honda that when I had my first service this would be looked at, resolving this issue indefinitely. I took my bike to another authorised Honda in Wimbledon for my first service as the chiswick branch had no available appointments, I explained the small but very irritating problem and they explained to me that they “only do the service and any issues I had to consult the branch where I purchased the bike.” I thought this was odd as my bike is brand new but nonetheless i booked in at Chiswick and they said they were not able to find the problem they said they were able to ride and still there was no issue (even though i was there and saw that the bike did not leave the workstation at any moment to analyse this issue) I pleased explaining that though this seams like a small issue it is embarrasing in traffic, as every time I stop at a traffic light other drivers get impatient and honk at me nonstop because the bike wont change gears from neutral to first. They gave me “advice fit for a new rider” “simply be more aggressive in traffic, if they honk at you show your middle finger and cuss them out” to which I responded that I did not buy a brand new bike to have to go through these situations, however they said there was nothing the could do. The problem continued to be an issue and the same friend that recommended honda Chiswick said I should insist to have this looked at as afterall this is why I PAID for a new bike for the peace of mind and its unacceptable that they refused to fix it. I even tried riding my friend’s bike to see if this is a trait of this bike in general and I could attest to the difference and see for myself that his bike does not have this issue. I took the bike to a mechanic of my trust for some advice based on the issue I have been having since purchasing the bike and he said that likely the mechanism inside the gear box is slightly in the wrong position and this is why it does not change gears smoothly, but he said he would not fix it himself as that would make me loose my guarantee from Honda. I called honda Chiswick once again, and i was told to take this bike over again for it to be checked. This was when i had the displeasure of meeting Mike Milton who is disrespectful, extremely rude and sarcastic. He assured my this was normal that he couldn’t re design the bike to please me, he repeated multiple times “what do you want me to say, you were here last week and the other guy said the same thing and now you are wasting my time and my mechanics time again, I have already said this is normal” in summary if you are in doubt of where to buy your bike and weather it should be a new or used bike you should buy it used or DO NOT BUY AT HONDA CHISWICK you will pay a lot more on service (£85.00) just for an oil change which costs £20.00 at other mechanics, and they don’t fix problems with the bike. For the first time I must say it is not worth paying more for a new bike. I bought the bike from Honda to avoid headaches and have peace of mind that the bike would be at the hand of good mechanics if ever needed and now I know that this is not the case 👎🏻👎🏻
I recently took my Honda Jazz at Chiswick Honda for an MOT and service and had a ladder (compact and extendable) stolen from the boot of the car while the car was there. First one of the staff members said they didn't even open the boot of the car, then he changed the story and said they opened the boot but there wasn't any ladder there. And now they, of course, make sure that the cctv does not show any ladder, but I am sure that they can't cover 100% of the areas 100% of the time. That is the last thing you think could happen inside a Honda dealership. Certainly it's much easier to take no responsibility for anything and say that there was nothing in the boot of the car... Service and Mot almost £700 is quite expensive compared to other places but that you normally expect, now having a ladder stolen while the car was in their care and they doing nothing about...that is shocking. Please be aware that if you are considering taking your car in for service they will not be responsible for any of your belongings left in the car!

I received my bike yesterday. Amazing buying experience. There was delay / wait for my bike to arrive from Honda UK but Khaled & Honda Chiswick Team we’re very helpful. We understood there are supply issue’s and we we’re given options and advice on timelines and the used bike options should we have needed the bike faster. Would highly recommend this dealership, friendly team and amazing showroom.

I would not even trust them with a pizza order (alone a Honda CB125R)... A friend and I liked the look of the Honda CB125R so placed an order on December 19th 2021(We also both paid a deposit of £500 with the balance to be paid on delivery). We were given an estimated handover date of 28/02/2022 by them (which we were happy with). After ordering we did have a query about getting a Top Box fitted which we were quoted £299 for (apparently their technicians are paid £150 per hour and hence the extortionate cost, their salesmen advised us to therefore get it done locally ourselves after delivery by a small garage). At the same time the original salesperson also informed us in early January 2021 that he was leaving but told us not to worry and that "we would be very well looked after by the team". Anyway on February 14th 2021 my friend and I went into Honda Chiswick again and made enquires with a different salesman who said that they would be in touch about a delivery date and yet again we were advised of the Top Box quotation of £299 which apparently included a discount! Following this visit on February 24th I emailed the salesman again enquiring about when the bikes would arrive and got no reply. I emailed again on March 2nd and got no reply so I called them today and enquired and emailed again and got the following reply: "Hi Stephen, Thank you for your email. I understand that there has been a delay in keeping you updated. This is obviously very bad service and I apologise for that. The salesman involved in selling these bikes has left and that has led to a disconnect. I think that the cb125r is very very delayed and I am unable to supply an accurate time line. I would just be guessing to be honest. I will ask a manager to contact you next week to discuss how you feel about this." Well almost 3 months after ordering, my friend and I have no idea when our motorbikes are going to arrive. The salesperson did not even have the decency to reply to my emails until I said I was going to give them a review! I do not need a manager to contact me and discuss how I feel about this, I would just like to know when the motorbikes are going to be delivered? The salesman did not even have the decency to call me and apologise. I can only assume they have sold the bikes we ordered to someone else... Please let me know if you recently bought a Black Honda CB125R from them without having to wait 2 and a half months! Honda Chiswick, shame on you! Please only reply to tell me and other potential customers when our motorcycles are going to arrive and to apologise again for this completely unacceptable level of customer service.

Over the phone I was told the car is in excellent condition inside out and when I went to the dealership the front bumper was repaired and sprayed and there were small imperfections all around the car, all four alloys were kerbed we are talking about 2020 car. They were not even apologetic I went from so far very rude behaviour not professional at all.

Honest is not a word they would understand. Motorcycle sold to me at distance was not described accurately on purpose, as the only other way the faults would be missed would have involved a blind salesman. After sales was a hard fought and traumatic experience lasting 10 weeks. A long time to be off the road with no courtesy bike offered to bridge the gap. and involving 3 managers, all were obstructive and evasive. There's far better honda dealers out there.
Take your deposit try and up sell you and when you decline mess you around and struggle to get your deposit back steer clear.

I am a regular client and all my cars have always been from Honda. I went into Chiswick Honda today to see if there were any good deals. When the manager came to speak to me he was very rude and insulting. He called me a comedian and said that I should be standing on a stage telling jokes. I wanted to buy a car but the manager's rudeness and arrogance put me off.
Firstly it appeared that it wasn’t actually been through the basic Honda checks! All tyres being low, windscreen wipers not changed. This made me nervous as to what else could be wrong, especially when having a newborn baby in the car. Secondly I took it in to get the body repairs which are actually standard from Honda approved used cars. I took advice from the salesman konrad to take it to another dealer local to work where this made apparent. The body repairs and fixes to the paintwork didn’t happen - and actually they appeared to have more scratches after the Valet!! and to top it off after the supposed valet the car wasn’t actually cleaned! I took a day off work to sort this out and was essentially lied to about everything by Chiswick Honda. This isn’t the level of service you expect from Honda. This was such bad after service that it actually felt like a personal attack!
