Over two years down the line, STILL fighting with bailiffs over fines ran up by these scam artists who assured us they would take care of sending the log book over to DVLA with the others they had to do. Just under £2000 worth of fines from them running around London bus lanes and parking fines in my name. I tried to call and was hung up on numerous times, emails weren't responded to and has resulted in CCJs against me!!!! Then there's the fact we traded in a good, looked after vehicle and were experiencing issues with the new one a few miles down the road after purchasing. Disgusting!!

Bought a £8,000 car from their 'previous' incarnation as Chiswick Motors. All sorts of issues not resolved. Legal action is ongoing but in the meantime they've opened a different company with the same people (including the infamous Cyrus). Avoid.

yep same with me, i gave them a fully working and lovely car and we agreed to swap for a car i was interested in. i had the car for a month as there was problem after problem. Never EVER buy from these guys. I wish i could turn back the clock or have gone through legal action

Hi, I am also in the process of sending bailiffs to get my money back on a unroadworthy car sold by Chiswick motors.. The bailiffs are having problems contacting the garage. Do you know the new address for them? Kind regards Samantha
Sam in response to Scammers
I’ve had the same issues as you, been through the whole legal route. There a limited company. Which means they know what their doing by closing one company & opening under a new name. Unfortunately the warrant the bailiffs had, on my case was useless & the guy at Chiswick motors or whatever name it’s under now, just smiled at the bailiffs. I think it’s disgusting that people like this can get away with criminal activity’s with no come back whatsoever on them 😡
Awful - having purchased what was advertised as a high mileage but good condition car, I was horrified to hear from my mechanic that the 'recent' MOT that was on the car would have been impossible to pass, as there were issues with tyres, headlights, CV gaiters and various other bits and bobs that made it at best non-roadworthy, and at worst illegal. I raised a multitude of issues with Cyrus, but was given lip service and told he'd "look into it" - I had to involve my credit card provider in the end, as I was convinced that it had been given a fraudulent MOT, and still am, however having spent a small fortune getting it roadworthy I'm pleased to say I've now part-ex'd it for a better main dealer vehicle. Read the reviews and take heed - these guys are DODGY and you may end up with a death trap ..

Got a car from these guys and after driving it for 2 hours it started to have problems with the clutch (it’s an automatic one). Took the car back and I’ve been told I must have broke it within the 2 hours I’ve driven the car. They kept the car for 2 months and only called me to go and pick up the car when they needed the courtesy car (as they wanted to sell it) I’ve been given. When I picked up the car, they said everything is fixed but the car was running even worse. Tried to refuse the car and get my money back but they couldn’t care less about the consumers right to reject. Trying to get an update from them seemed almost impossible - it took me 2 weeks and 3 days in a row to get an update. Terrible service and products, stay away from these guys!

could you please contact me directly in regards to the vehicle you brought from this company adam.wright1994@outlook.com
Purchased a 2015 Vauxhall Corsa from this company. In short it developed 8 separate faults within 2 days of ownership including the gearbox needing replacement and professional advice that it is not safe to drive. As required in law a rejection notice was sent and I called and spoke to Sam Ibrahini over the phone. Mr Ibrahini flatly refused to accept the notice of rejection and during a lengthy but pointless conversation came up with gems such as “ you probably broke it on the way home “ the mechanic you went to must be a magician to be able to see that “ and my favourite “ WE GET THIS BOL@@@KS ALL THE TIME FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU “ He also completely dismissed the legislation that applies to the the sale of the vehicle and my right to reject it saying that they have rights as well. Several days and phone calls later and no movement. The repair bill as it stands is at least £750 for the gearbox and potentially the same in total for the other repairs. I am sure a counter review will be submitted by the owner. And he will say they have spoken to me. Yes they have but only to notify me that I know nothing about cars or the law. Nothing in relation to the vehicle being rejected.

Bought a Fiat 500c from these guys. The perfect car for a quick getaway and plenty of room in the boot for a 3 year old. Paintwork on the old girl was as expected on a 10 year old, although I’ve no experience my girls reaching that age yet. I put a deposit down having seen the car, I mean only a total idiot would do so without having seen the car first. The way these guys do business you can tell they’ve learnt from other successful businesses such as Ole Media and Sage Windows.
Don’t buy from these guys, I went to see a Ford they had advertised, and the car was a complete lemon and not as described: Peeling paint Worn smooth gear nob and pedals and a car with only 44k miles on ?! Missing trim Didn’t even bother starting it up - turned round to tell the guy ‘see you’ and the guy had a shoe on his head !? Stay away, they are jokers, waste of time
Bought a 4800 car on 15 March 2020, engine management light came on within 10mins of driving, they said ‘oh don’t worry it’s a fault because it ran out of fuel, take it to your local garage and we will pay for repair’ However, when our garage plugged in the analysis machine it is a very expensive EGR valve. Vehicle is now stuck in limp mode. Chiswick motors namely Cyrus said parts ordered and will be with us shortly! And he would send the ‘tracking number’ we still have not received either. Called and spoke to Cyrus after 2 weeks and he said there is nothing they can do, parts were ordered second hand, when we said we will take legal action, he said ‘go ahead’ very rude attitude, when you could get a word in! We are now 4 weeks later - emails go unanswered , telephone calls not returned. No part received. Wish I had done my homework first. This is not a good company. We are currently liaising with trading standards, and will be taking legal action against the owner of Chiswick motors who also trades under W4 Cars. Unless he replies to our endless messages with a positive outcome.

Bought £5000 car , 3 days later it broke down . Spoke to Sam and Cyrus . Both told me it was one of those things . But said would reimburse me £100 . Even though repairs were around £500. Left in car park when waiting to see car. Left 45 minutes . Car missing wheel cap centres first told would be reimbursed , then they’d send them . Suprise ! Neither happened . Guess what? No £100 refund either . They run under two different company names W4 cars and Chiswick motors . Dodgy enough . Normally do my homework too. Silly me hey! Don’t make mistake I did . Cowboys and don’t care about customers . Had people ringing up complaining about recent car purchases whilst I was there .. Baaaaad bad people

I called Chiswick Trade Cars to enquire about a 1.4 Honda Jazz. Talked to Anthony (?) about the car and he said it was available. Booked an appointment at 7pm and they requested us to provide them with a £100 deposit which we did. Called him again at 4pm and he confirmed the car is still there. I arrived at half 6 and went to the office. There they told me that they have already sold the car. Said it is business and his business runs on first come first serve. Didn't even have the courtesy to give us a call if it was already sold or at least pay for our train journey back. I would strongly advise anyone making a long journey to refrain and stay away from the dealer.
