Avoid this place!! My partner brought a car from here recently, we had issues straight away with then just before Christmas it completely stopped working!! We had to get a mechanic out to look at it to find out it has a list of problems!! Including a broken engine management light to hide the fact the engine has serious problems with it!! We were told the car should not have been sold!! We had been using that with our 2 year old in it!!! We are now left with no car!!! Avoid at all costs.

My wife bought a Honda CRV from Choice auto's last week. Their service was excellent, they did a walk around video of the vehicle and we agreed to purchase but they couldn't give us a delivery date straight away as they gave the car a very thorough check first. They rang the following day saying they would deliver it that day and it duly arrived. When i looked over the car it had been fully serviced, new brake discs pads & suspension drop links had been fitted and the car is lovely. The warranty e mail has arrived as promised and all i can say is thank you Choice Autos for a lovely vehicle and great efficient service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Very bad customer service .. car was faulty from day we picked it up .. after 4 times going back and still not fixed properly they couldn’t even be bothered to fix it on the warranty they give you .. Be warned ... do not trust them we have been left now with no car and car has had to be scrapped .. telling me to drive car when engine management light was on to ... they try and say everything is fine but they will palm you off if there was a zero star I would use that

Traded in over the phone, i would suggest go see the car you fancy first. All in all not bad, unsure of cambelt history as no receipts with the car and not original service book, which stated the belt has been changed and the spark plugs too....which is strange as it's a diesel.. I say the service book is not original as there's no VW new car info sticker inside the front cover. There's no information at all as to who bought it/where or when. It just left me feeling suspicious, my friend put the details through the VW database and it's supposed to be a manual... it's an Automatic......the car is good, shame it wasn't serviced, I want to check to see if the cambelt has really been changed as that's possibly total engine failure, sadly the dealer stamp in the service book has NO contact details. Not even a dealer name. As i say, the car drives well, needs new tyres though as it has three different makes on it. Choice autos should know more about the cars they sell IMO. Overall the transaction was ok. Just those little niggles stopping a five star review.

So pleased with the car Sid supplied us. The communication was excellent. Went that extra mile (no pun intended!) to make the transaction hassle free! Can’t thank you enough!

Faz was so helpful and not at all pushy, we chose a VW polo for my daughter and as promised he had a new MOT new front tyres and other jobs as well as a full clean ready for us to collect! great car and really friendly service, would recommend and use again

Bought a astra for my son that had a problem after a week. They lent my son a car, fixed the problem and did not charge. I found the guy there very professional and helpful with the purchase and after sale. Would recommend
