Citroen C4 Picasso booked with Amy in for screen replacement on Thursday the 4th July covered by Citroen insurance policy I took out on the advice of Jamie one of the garage mechanics when I purchase the car. Dropped it off and picked it up in less than one hour later, great job. Can't leave it there, also praise for Amy who booked the car in with a smile, and messages and phone calls to confirm the booking. Some days later, Amy called again to confirm I was happy with the repair and service. Well done Citroen and great customer service and a special thanks to Amy who helped the day to run smoothly!

I have just bought my third car from this dealership and had always found them friendly and helpful. This time Steve was a pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions with ease and patience. Going from a manual to automatic/ semiautomatic he took the time to show me. From a females perspective I didn’t feel my questions were being answered in a condescending manner. That means a lot. Thank you Steve.
I purchased a mini convertible and Danny was very helpful and made sure the car was pristine when I picked it up, took time to sit with me go through the paperwork and the car. 1 week later I got a follow up call to check I was happy with the car I am delighted and never had that before, do not hesitate to buy from Vantage Blackpool, good decent dealership.
I had a Valet service for my C3 Aircross at Blackpool Citreon during lockdown, I was so pleased with the my car when I picked it up that I had to write a review. The car was cleaned inside and out to a very high standard and then sanitised ready for picking up. It looked and smelt like a new car. Many thanks to the Valet staff for their efforts during lockdown.

I have bought from this garage for many years and have always been happy with not only the initial sale but with the extended after care on my vehicle ! Most places lose internet once your warranty expires but not here !!!! Also Lewis on my recent service/MOT has been exceptional ! Amazing ! When I walked into Vantage Citroen Blackpool, in January (2020), I was ready to place an order for the new C5 Aircross Flair, through the Motability scheme. I was met by William Stones, a member of the sales team, with a smile and an air of total professionalism. I asked to speak to someone about a Motability order and William told me that he could take care of me there and then. I was surprised, as all other dealerships I've been in to, I was directed to a "specialist" who was often busy and I had to wait. Not at Vantage, William and every sales team member are able to cover all aspects of car sales from new to used and Motability too. As I took my seat at William's desk, I was offered a hot or cold drink, William asked if i could call him Will,we had a chat...which put me at my ease and then we proceeded to go through my order and options. At every stage of the process, I had any questions answered without the need to refer to the computer. This was my second Motability car order and I didn't know anything about what happened with the previous vehicle, if I had to take it back to the dealership I got it from originally and what would happen if my new car wasn't available when the 3years was up and my old car had to be returned.. Every question was answered, again I was put at ease and nothing was a problem. 5 days ago, I drove my old car to Vantage Citroen Blackpool, handed over my keys, completed a small amount of paperwork & picked up my C5 Aircross, From my first step into Vantage Citroen Blackpool, to the moment I drove my new C5 Aircross off the forecourt, I was treated with total professional courtesy. William Stones made me feel like a member of his family. Even between my initial visit to the last, he was still in contact via phone or email, keeping me informed of the progress of my Motability order..nothing was too much for him.. Thank you Will. I would, without any doubt, recommend Vantage Citroen Blackpool, to anyone and everyone. The customer service you'd receive is outstanding & . the cars are superb (especially my C5 Aircross). Kudos Vantage.

Bought my first citroen from Lookers Citroen in Blackpool and had it regularly serviced by them. Very happy with the service but was very disappointed with the trade in offer in spite of it having a very low mileage and four new tyres.. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and got a MUCH better offer. When I told Lookers Citroen, they were not interested and refused to improve their original offer. So much for looking after a regular customer.
