I have had a new Vauxhall Astra for the last 12 years but this is the first time I've bought from 06 Vauxhall Ormskirk. From my first visit I was so pleased with the service I received. The salesman was so helpful and informative but the main thing for me was he wasn't pushy in any way. I ordered a new Mokka and took delivery of it last week. That was weeks earlier than expected - guess I was lucky. I am so pleased with my new car and the help and service I received, thanks Phil.

Got really good service from 06 Vauxhall in Ormskirk when buying but thats where customer service stops! after purchase! Constantly lied to, told they would ring back and havent! very, very disappointed with their after sales customer service - it's nil!. Won't go into why as will give rhem a chance to redeem themselves
