Bought a Car from Chris Denton Car Sales with £7.5 k cash. Audi brought it to my attention that the car had 3 pages of advisories - some were MOT failures. I made contact and requested that they sort them out or give me my money back - I was delighted when I received a solicitors letter - which wasn't reflective of circumstances. Not great at all. There was a big emphasis on a Warranty at the point of collection - I wonder whether there are other people whom have had a similar experience. I also wonder if the Modus Operandi of this firm - so method of operating is such that it would become a criminal offence. I will look at this.

Bought a Vauxhall insignia from Chris Denton Car Sales and have had nothing but trouble with it ! Worst car I have ever had . A month after purchase the vehicle needed new brakes and more recently a new gearbox and now the engine has seized up 7 k purchase with full service history which I don't now believe. Would not recommend purchasing a car from Chris Denton Car Sales.

I bought my bmw from here and 2 days after my car wouldn't start due to needing new glow plugs I phoned Russ and was told to use the warranty which I had to pay £500! for and that they might not be covered in my warranty!! Would I buy from this garage again? NO!

bad experience - paid cash and was told the car was in top form and worth the £7.5k - a few months in Audi - not me asking - said there were 3 pages of advisories - some of which are MOT failures. I remember a leaning towards having a Warranty - I contacted the dealership & requested that they address the issues - they kindly got a solicitor to write to me. I am wondering, whether this is part of a pattern.
