Few hiccups, not directly the dealerships fault, but got there in the end. Found Luke to be incredibly helpful, personable and relatable. If he didn't know the answer he wasn't afraid to admit it but would do his best to find out. Ended up leaving the dealership with a smile on my face and driving the car I originally sought out to get, can't beat that! As with most dealerships the parking is a bit tight due to the relatively small site although there is on street parking just outside. Overall I'd recommend Stoneacre for your next car just make sure you shop around beforehand and do your research so you have a figure in mind.
Was looking for an automatic car through mobility. Sam gave us excellent advice received the car really quick with no problems, really easy process thanks to Sam.

I just wanted to compliment Sam, at Stoneacre Nottingham, on his excellent salesmanship. His cheerful disposition and courteous manner make him extremely approachable in the showroom. He has complete knowledge of his products and has very good interpersonal skills. He discussed my desires, needs and budget in a clear, patient and empathetic manner. He also allowed me the time necessary to consider the options he suggested and I am very happy with my car choice.

Hi Kevin here, Brought a Kia Stinger GTS Picked up my car yesterday from the dealship its was clean and in perfect condition spotless inside and out. Would like to thank the staff of the Nottingham branch for a excellent service, they went out of there way to find me the car I wanted and the service was 100%. I would recommend Stonearcre to anyone thinking of buying a car, infect once my daughter passers her driving test I will be going to them again.

In August of this year 2020 my wife bought a brand-new Suzuki S Cross from Stonacre, Nottingham Road, Nottingham. On Wednesday the 9th of December she was taking my friend home from work when her Radar warning light came on. It was approximately 9.15pm in the evening and travelling quite slowly. We checked the Manuel and did a few things that it recommended I do to turn the light off. On Thursday the 10th of December she took the car back to Stoneacre, to have it checked by their service department. They advised her that the Radar was damaged (a possible bird strike as they found feathers in my grill). It was dark when the light came on, she was traveling at about 20mph in a housing estate. She did not at any time feel an impact or see feathers on her car. The area surrounding the small radar panel is unmarked. I think a bird strike is highly unlikely. They also explained that the cost of the damage would be £1200 pounds and would be not covered under my warranty. I spoke to my Daughter in Law (who works for a reputable car dealer and repair centre) who then sent an e-mail to Suzuki, that if I had an accident there would-be substantial damage to my bumper. She was then asked to bring her car in again to have it reassessed. Photos were taken and sent to Suzuki Great Britain. Again, they came back that it was her fault and would have to pay for the repair. I spoke to the Manager and he didn’t seem to care (the fact that he’d only been there two months seemed to get him off the hook) and the employee who checked her car for damage said he just reported what he saw. I now have a 4-month-old car, which I cannot afford to have repaired, and my wife is a very unsatisfied customer. She have bought 4 cars from Stoneacre and will not set foot in this garage again!! I’m disappointed that they work very hard to take peoples money, however the after-care service is non-existent.

Bought new L200 in Jan 2020, sales team where utter useless un-polite. And leave you waiting for ages. Then I had a faulty battery which I tried to book in with them, which I did but was hard work. Battery fault and it’s my responsibility to get it there. They kept me waiting eventually came out and confirmed. Told them I could not leave my car with them for a whole weekend or more. But asked for them to ring me when replacement was in. Well that was the end of that, never bothered to contact me again. Chased them up but all I got was them slamming phone down on me. Utter garbage outfit from start to finish.
Recently had my car serviced and MOT at StoneAcres, I recommend you go somewhere else!!! I had booked the appointment over 4 weeks ago and mentioned i need a new key. The day before i had to book in online and clearly the new key was on the todo list. When i arrived at Stoneacre i reminder them i need a new key, they said they would need to order one, I asked why wasn't this done when weeks ago, i didn't get a satisfactory answer. As a result i will need to take the car in again to get the key programmed to my car, very annoying. I also mentioned that the heater knob had come off and needs fixing. I waited for the car to be serviced in a dirty area, had to wipe the seat before i could sit down. When the car was ready i was told it had passed the MOT and service was complete, was told nothing was wrong. I asked if the types were ok, no issues was the reply. Usually after a service the car is valeted, not this time, all due to covid evidently! I also found the knob where i had left it. I went to find someone to enquiry if this had been looked into, obviously not! Have just received an email from StoneAcres with a link to my car's "Health Check". Evidently there are 5 urgent things that need replacing or work doing, including new car types! Over £1,200!!! Oh, and another very annoying thing....my car seat had been adjusted, i accept the moving back, but not the up control and the back support, it took forever to get it back to suit me. Not happy at all!
