I want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Stoneacre Nottingham. My partner and I visited to have a look at a few used cars and walked away with a fantastic Suzuki Ignis, a great deal, and a massive smile across our faces. Hugely greatful for the help of Sam, our salesman, who was able to work with us to find a deal and finance that worked for us. If I could rate Sam alone, it would be a 6 out of 5; he was such an approachable friendly guy, and absolutely the reason we made the deal! A true asset. The whole purchasing experience was a breeze and everything was sorted same day for us. The team even stayed a bit later on a Sunday to see us drive away happy. We will definitely be using this garage again, and I've already recommended them to friends!

From the first contact with the dealership we have received an amazing service. Ian Bell gave us an overview over the phone and arranged a meeting to suit our diaries. On our first visit he explained to us the available options and took us for a test drive, making sure we aware of every aspect the car, not being afraid to discuss cons as well as pros. He has never being pushy and always let us the time to reflect and make an informed choice. When the car was delivered he prepared it for us and spent substantial time going trough the car key features and important settings.
