I have previously had VWs in the past but have upgraded to my first Audi, and I absolutely love it. I was looking around for a while when I found the one I’ve purchased at Chrome. The whole experience and customer service I received from Danny and Natilite was fantastic. They didn’t bother me and were in no way pushy for a sale. They let me test drive and have a look around at different cars. All in all, it was a really nice experience. I would definitely go back in the future and very highly recommend them. 5 stars all around for the dealership, the car, and the team.

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Chrome. Natilite helped me with my purchase, and she was very professional and friendly. The whole process was simple, efficient, and quick. I have had no problems with the car since the purchase, and I am enjoying it. I did feel like the car could have been a little cleaner, but that’s just me nit-picking, and there is always room for improvement,. I would recommend the dealership.

Fantastic experience with Chrome Motors! I dealt with Danny, and he and his whole team were just great. It was a smooth transition, with good pricing. I would really recommend them. My daughter is actually on the lookout for a vehicle to part-exchange, so we are keeping in contact with Danny to go back if something she likes comes in. I did a part exchange myself, and within the hour everything was done. Danny sorted all the paperwork, and off we went with the car. It is a brilliant drive, and I am really enjoying it—no problems at all. I will definitely be going back myself in the future when I am ready to swap this car, but for now, I am really enjoying it. Highly recommend!

I am based in Northampton. I found the car available for sale at Chrome Motors, Macclesfield via Auto-trader. I arranged a visit to inspect and test drive assisted by Natalie with great communications throughout. Due to my schedule it took a few days before I could complete the purchase. On the day I was able to test drive the vehicle to my satisfaction without supervision. Natalie made the purchase a very relaxed and pleasant buying experience with nothing rushed/forced. The vehicle was well prepared for the agreed purchase/collection date and remains an excellent example of the brand. One month later it remains a credit to Chrome Motors vehicle selection and for that reason I give my full recommendation to prospective customers. Cannot comment on after sales as nothing to report to date.

I am very pleased with Chrome Motors. They are a local dealership to me, but this was my first time going to them after seeing the car on their website. The car was exactly as described and looked online. I took the car for a test drive, which was great. I got to do my own route, and they really gave me time to test out the car. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly, with no pushiness from anyone. When I went to pick up the car, it was all cleaned and ready to go. Danny and his wife had just been great—they were professional and efficient. After we had the car, we had a slight issue with it, but I was so impressed with the aftercare/aftersales service. I feel like most car dealers would be unresponsive or tell me that this is just what happens with a second-hand car. However, Chrome took the car straight away and sorted the problem for me, putting in the effort to make everything okay and ensuring the experience was smooth. Super impressed. I would definitely be going back in the future.

I’ve owned BMWs in the past and had been looking to upgrade for a while. When I saw this BMW online, I’m really impressed with the car. I’ve been driving it almost every day and just need to test it on the motorway. It’s a big upgrade from my previous BMW, which was a 2014 model, and I’m extremely happy with it. The car was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price, so I decided to visit the dealership. I was very impressed with the experience. Natalie assisted me throughout most of the purchase; she was friendly and helpful, and I had no issues at all. After taking the car for a test drive, I was really happy with it. I first saw the car on Thursday and returned to pick it up on Saturday after selling my old one. It was spotless when I arrived, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. I would 100% recommend the dealership. The entire experience was flawless.

Living in South East London, I wasn't initially looking to buy a car up north, but I found a great deal on a VW advertised by Chrome Motors up in Macclesfield. I wanted a specific spec, and compared to similar vehicles locally, the one at Chrome was 1-2 years newer with around 20k miles less which was exactly what I was looking for. Glad I made the journey to the dealership as Danny and the team were really friendly, helpful and I felt like I could trust them which meant a lot. I couldn't be more pleased with my car, and have driven around 2000 miles so far without issue. It's nice and comfortable, and I'm really happy.
