I never stepped foot in this dealership because I did everything online. To be honest, I thought it was going to be a long and difficult process with it being over the phone, but it was really quick, and Danny was very accommodating throughout.

Since my old car had over 200k miles on the clock, it was time for an upgrade. After I had a look around this dealership, I found a nice looking Vauxhall Astra. Danny was on hand to answer any and all questions I had and put my mind at ease since I haven't purchased a new car for a while. It has to be 5 ⭐

What a pleasant experience it was purchasing my Toyota from Chrome Motors Woodford, not only was the quality of the car very good, as good if not better than described and the sales personnel was not pushy also, he didn't try to get me to buy something I wasn't interested in and he had time to spend with me. I would happily do business with them again in the future and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I've just swapped my C Class for a Range Rover Evoque and I can't express how happy I am with it! Its such a beautiful car, I'm totally obsessed! I went with the dark grey/silver colour and its just lovely, I love everything about it! It was a bit of a change in shape from the C Class but I genuinely couldn't be happier, I love being higher up and having more space. Danny at Chrome was excellent, he was fab with everything he did and there was not a single question that he couldn't answer, I can't thank him enough. I'm still in my new car bubble and loving every time I get in the car, so so so happy!

No problems dealing with the Chrome Motors team, nice and helpful at all times. I got my Insignia there last month and all is good with it, I'm happy with it and its doing exactly what it should. I'm happy to rate 5/5.

Sales side of things were ace really informative and helpful. Friendly and welcoming and always on hand. I've had a small issue with the Jag but Danny has been forthcoming in helping to get things sorted, I can't fault him. I will happily buy from here again and recommend to everyone else looking for a reliable and reputable dealership.

Very pleased with my Mitsubishi Outlander and the dealership too. I don't deal with car dealers very often, I buy a new car as and when needed, I probably treat myself every 5-10 years to a new car. I have to say Danny handled the sale very professional, he was pleasant to deal with and I would happily recommend on o friends and family.

There was no messing about when it came to buying my new Volvo, Danny was quick of the mark to get things sorted and well underway with no bother. The customer service process was real good, very smooth and quick. Danny knew I was committed to the car, given that it was as described and as it should be, which is was, absolutely spot on. I was happy with the deal we agreed on and came away with the car the very same day, I have been very happy with it ever since. The V5 and warranty documents came through swiftly without prompt, there was literally nothing left for me to do bar get in the car and enjoy driving it!

The best thing about dealing with Chrome Motors was it wasn't like dealing with a typical salesperson, from the moment I walked into Chrome it was relaxed, chilled and everybody I met seemed happy to be there. Danny especially was really friendly and nice to deal with. There was a clear non-pressure approach with how they deal with their customers. I explained I needed a bigger car after having a baby and Danny showed me the Mercedes GLA, which was literally perfect! I tried the boot space for the pram and everything else that comes along with leaving the house with a baby and everything fit with ease! The car is really spacious and comfortable for us all, including the baby. This is the first automatic car I've owned, but it didnt take long at all to get used to, I love what I call, 'lazy driving', and I don't think I'd go back to a manual after driving this now. I really enjoy driving the Mercedes, its such a nice car and I'm glad I went with this. I can't thank Danny and his team at Chrome Motors enough for their constant help, support and advice. What a fantastic dealership to buy a car from!
