Bought a BMW 1-series convertible 3 weeks ago from Chrome, and am very happy with the purchase. They are very friendly and helpful, and seem very honest. We had a 2 hour journey so had pre-arranged to view it, deal done and car ready to drive away that morning. Would recommend to others and would buy another car off them.

My Ford Kuga has been absolutely fine, no problems with it, it’s a great motor. Really happy with Chrome Motors, a nice family-run company. It was my first time buying from them, and although I live far away, I did my homework. Being a family firm, I felt they looked after me well. I’ve dealt with bigger firms before, but I find smaller businesses tend to offer a more personal touch, and I felt very well looked after.

I'm getting on fine with my Land Rover Discovery. It’s currently back at Chrome for some work that was agreed upon at the time of purchase, but they’ve provided a courtesy car and have been really good about it. I can't fault the sales process either. They even delivered the car to us since I had sold my previous one and was without a car.

Other than a tyre pressure pressure light that keeps coming on for the front passenger tyre, it's going well but I’ll be getting it looked at tomorrow to check if it’s a slow puncture. Mechanically, it’s running as it should. As for the customer service, I thought it was good, I'm very happy with how it went. The process was dead easy, and everyone was helpful.

Getting on very nicely. Since owning the car, I’ve had it photographed to be featured in Jaguar World. It drives well, and it's proven to be a really nice motor. Danny was a very nice chap to deal with. I have noticed a couple of points that need looking at, but Danny is already aware of them.

4 stars only because there was a bit of an issue with timing when getting the car which was a little bit stressful, but it wasn't Chrome Motors fault. Everything that was in the dealership's control went perfectly. The service was great, I was offered a test drive and was given all the information needed before going ahead with the car.
