At first I did sadly have a problem with my Jaguar but I wasn't worried! The team at Chrome were in touch with me straight away when they knew and got it sorted straight away. They couldn't have handled it any better. They were also courteous through out. The Jag has been spot on every since. I have no complaints so that means it is definitely five stars!

I recently bought a BMW here and I'm over the moon with it. It's in really good condition for a second hand car. The salesman and everybody else I met was brilliant to deal with. I would definitely buy another car here in the future...

Smashing customer service from everybody at Chrome Motors in Woodford, I have never received customer service as good as this before. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating, courteous,... everything you would want a dealership to be! My Jag is perfect and is better than I ever expected it to be, I am over the moon with my purchase and would definitely return and recommend again!

Danny and James were absolute superstars, their service was impeccable right from the get go. They presented the Audi beautifully, and it was immaculate inside and out, there was hardly any marks or scuffs on the car, it look fresh from the factory! The transaction was so simple and straight forwards too, I can't complain one bit!

I am so pleased with my BMW that I bought from Chrome Motors, it does have a few little marks on the paintwork that I want sorting, however, you can't expect perfection with 2nd hand cars, its just one of those things! I purchased my Jaguar XF 2.2 D Luxury 4 Door on 6th October. I part ex’d my Mini Cooper and Danny & his team made the whole process easy. The Jaguar is what most people would term high mileage at 108000, but considering it’s a Diesel engine & I drive around 4000 year, I don’t see a problem. It has a service history & I always make sure my cars are serviced regularly. OK it’s 8 years old but the car drives really well, is very comfortable and both my wife and i love it. Danny had his guys go over the interior leatherwork before we collected it. The only downside is that Jaguar don’t fit a spare wheel, only the repair kit which I don’t like, so I’ve bought another alloy & tyre to match the wheels on the car & it fits in the spare wheel pressing in the boot.
