We experienced no problems while buying from Chrome Motors. Buying our Volvo was easy enough, the sales team weren't pushy and we were left to view the car in our own time - which we really liked! There have been absolutely no problems with the Volvo since the purchase, it is spot on!

I have had a Volvo V60 before, so I know how the car runs and what it can give. I think they are brilliant and am very happy to be behind the wheel of one again. It was my first time buying a car remotely, without viewing it beforehand, so naturally I was a bit skeptical, however, the Chrome team have been absolutely fantastic. Their communication was great, every question I had they answered, and they were very responsive at all times. I have quite a low opinion of car dealers, however, Chrome Motors are great, and I would recommend the to anyone!

The Chrome Motors team really couldn't have done enough for me, they have been absolutely superb when I was buying my Volvo. They were very honest and very straight forward right from the first enquiry. Initially I thought I had a wee problem with the clutch when driving back home to Scotland, however, the further we got into the journey the better it felt so I have no issues. It was a first class experience with the team, and definitely worth the journey down from the north!

James has been BRILLIANT to deal with when I was buying my Jag, he made everything so simple and easy I couldn't fault it! The car was in a lovely condition and had all of the spec that I wanted, I am happy to recommend to others and would happily visit again!

I went with the Volvo V40 as I wanted to look after my money and not damage my bank account too much! I wasn't too keen on how it looked to begin with, I just wanted something that was economical and did its job. However, after owning the car for just over 5 weeks, I have slowly fallen in love with it, and have not looked back since! James was super helpful right through the sale, there was a few niggly things that he had to iron out, however, he was super and got it sorted right away. It was a really good first experience with Chrome, I will definitely be passing on my recommendations!

I absolutely love my Merc, it is a cracking car and has been driving very well! I can't fault any bit of their customer service, they were fantastic to buy from and made it so easy. I highly recommend using Chrome!

Smashing. My Toyota Hilux is bloody fantastic, I can't point out a single thing that I am not too keen on. The truck has been serving me well, I am very impressed. For the customer service, I was very happy too, the gents were brilliant, made everything so streamline and easy, I would 100% buy a car from Chrome Motors again!
