This is my first time using Chrome Motors, it was an excellent all-round service. Danny and Natalie made it as simple and very straightforward as possible for me. When I collected my Alfa Romeo it was in pristine condition and I really enjoy driving it, it is a great car. I'd definitely use them again and I would highly recommend Chrome Motors to everyone.

Danny and Natalie were very accommodating, he answered any questions that I had, he was quite forthright and open about any questions I had about the car and they did not try to avoid to answer any of them. I did not feel under any pressure at all throughout the whole sales journey and was given the time I needed to decide whether I wanted to move forward with the sale or not. As someone who isn't very mechanically inclined, finding a dealership with a competent and knowledgeable team is crucial! I can't thank Chrome Motors enough for the advise given, attention to detail and thorough explanations in helping me choose my car. I settled on a Fiat Tipo, the main deciding factor for me being how great the car looks. I bought a Volvo V70 from Chrome and the whole journey start to finish was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was exceptional, the staff in store are very welcoming and accommodating, the car is great, we have been up to the lakes for a couple days and it was a very smooth, comfortable drive. We are still awaiting the drivers handbook and I am unsure of some of the features but overall I really like the car and I am really happy with Chrome Motors Woodford.
