Really happy with my Mitsubishi since I picked it up from Chrome Motors. The car has been faultless, it was a last minute decision to go with this car but that didn't stop the team from making it very presentable and valeted to a high standard. I've only given 4* as I think there is always room for improvement.

I haven't had much of a chance to drive my Hyundai yet as I'm still trying to sell my other car which I'm still insured on. I have driven it a little bit, like nipping into the town and I haven't had any issues with it as of yet. I wasn't going to get another car until I sold my other car but because it was such a good price and the car was in amazing condition, I had to have it.

I have always been careful when buying cars, to make sure that I get a good quality car for my money so I would aways visit a dealership and inspect the car for myself. However, moving with the times I decided to look online, and this is where I found my BMW I3. After phoning up and getting a very detailed explanation of the car, I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. The car was then delivered a couple of days later after the paperwork was complete, the car has been amazing since. It has taken some getting use to as It is my first electric car but I only use It for short trips so I'm slowly getting use to it. I'm not ready to go full electric just yet, as I still have a diesel, but I am very impressed with it.

Excellent experience from the first phone call, I cannot recommend them enough. David looked after us when I bought the car, he is genuine, friendly and really helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Mercedes we bought from here for our company is magnificent, it is in superb condition and lovely and clean. The salesperson we dealt with was really good and knew his stuff. I would not have any reservations about buying another car off them anyway and I will pass on our recommendation to anyone else we know looking for a new car.

Everything was super. Danny could not do enough to help me, he was bloody amazing. I had a private plate and he helped me to get this changed over to my new Mercedes. He was friendly and a really nice bloke, he stayed intouch with me throughout the sale and did everything he said that he would do. I bought a car from a big dealership and it was more expensive than this car and they were terrible, they lost my plate details and I spent months trying to get them back as all they did is tell me to call the DVLA. Chrome Motors were in another league to them. I would definitely come back to Chrome in the future.

I'm chuffed to bits with my Volkswagen which I purchased from Chrome and the service from Danny and Natalie was first class! They come with a BIG recommendation off me and I would absolutely 110 percent come back here again when I fancy a change!

Danny was a star during the purchase of my car, he made it a really enjoyable experience and it is definitely one that I won't forget. My motor is driving very well, it is a great car and is so comfortable to drive. The customer service was just as good, any question that I had he always answered, he always came back to me quickly. I can't believe how smooth and easy this car purchase was. I'm made up with the Volvo that I bought from here, it is in immaculate condition and drives smoothly.

My BMW that I purchased from Chrome is perfect, I could not be happier. The service from Danny was excellent, I felt under no pressure, everything was super chilled.
