Broke down just south of Glasgow last night Louis came out and tried everything to solve the problem unfortunately he couldn't there and then, but did everything he could to sort it out for me even took the time and effort to ring me later that evening to update me on the availability of the part Louis was the best engineer i have ever come across.

Mr Louis Addison was extremely professional and calmed me down. He brought refreshments to cool a stressful situation down. After assuring me I was going to be sorted as quick as possible he done the job needed quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t praise Mr Addison enough.

If you want Mercedes parts go to Mercedes...... do not do it 10x the price of online, who would think that the way forward is over charging,,, not only are Mercedes fading into just another french company with reliability

I have recently sold my Mercedes Vito van privately and wanted a new replacement with funds available to proceed - in fact I was going to take Mercedes Finance on a stock van. sales advised me there was no better time to buy with manufacturers support and other additional discounts on certain vans! Yes, all positive so far then. He was due to call me back by the return of business Friday - that deadline went aside. I contacted him again and said he was just getting some vehicle lists through - again no return call. I then sent an email to the new vans sales manager but even at this level there was no response back to me in any form. I have since bought elsewhere - but Cicely Commercials........ what an utter waste of time! Appalling service - be ware all you guys wanting to buy - my advise call another retail Mercedes Van dealer.
