Ali at Citiwheels was very competent and friendly sorted out all paperwork and new mot even put my number plates .very happy with my great car.
I bought from Citiwheels as they were the only place had the car I wanted. Engine light came on during the test drive. They cleared it. Then it came on the way home. They replaced the EGR valve under warranty; but took a week to do it and during this time gave me a barely roadworthy "courtesy car". Several other garages have quote a few hours to change an EGR valve. 1 week later my car was "ready to collect" and was full of empty drinks containers - unusual to be so through in "road testing" that it takes this much time and requires so many assessors...……….draw you own conclusion as to what may have happened while my car was in their care. Have left this review so that potential purchasers will think twice.

I was really not convinced into buying a used car, not alone from an independent dealer, but my fear had disappeared; the staff were very nice and helpful into choosing the right car. So, I would recommend Citiwheels.
My daughter recently bought a Nissan Quashqi looked clean for the year and seemed great on the test drive; she paid cash and was very pleased till after 30minutes of owning the car it broke down on the M25. Luckily I was still in the area and ended up giving a lift to one of the staff. They returned the cash straight away and refunded the £45 she paid in diesel. My point is although the sorted the cash back straight away surely they should have know there was a problem with the car are there any checks done ? We certainly won’t be going there again no chance.
Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole! I brought car not fit for purpose ! All lights on/ off all week turns out injectors we’re not running right! Took it back to have only money back on car! After I’d repaired picture it had when I brought it, put new wipers on as broken! Topped up water as was below minimum line! Oil wasn’t full! Paid for tax and now can’t get refund as v5 not sent off! I’m disgusted I’m well out of pocket!!! No fuel in car for proper test drive wasn’t allowed of site ! Warning don’t buy ! It wasn’t a cheap car to me!!
Bought a Volvo V50 off these guyts & despite trying to get faults that appeared under the supposed warranty fixed, they did nothing. They passed it for an MOT despite the washers being broken at the times, EGR, Air Con, Clutch etc etc all playing up in the 6 months since buying. Avoid at all cost!

I have no c complaints at all! I had a very pleasant experience with Citiwheels! All of the staff were really helpful and friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. The car was lovely and clean and in really good shape and I would happily recommend Citiwheels.

In January, I bought a BMW 320 from Citiwheels. The car could have been cheaper based on the fact that there were quite a few imperfections that's were not mentioned on the ad, the customer service was pretty poor. they didn't talk me through the car at all, they just handed me the keys. I have also had some issues with the car, after having to get the finance company involved, they have finally been repaired. Overall, Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

i am very pleased with how much I got my Seat Leon for from Citiweels. It was a really good price and I have had it for a couple of months now and had no issues with it at all. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and were able to answer any questions. I would happily recommend this dealership.
