I bought a Scenic from Citiwheels Ltd in January 2017. I find a smell of petrol in the car all the time now and I bring it to the garage and they open it up to look at the tank. Turns out Citimotors made a mess of installing a new petrol pump and jammed the cap back onto the tank destroying it in the process, with a bad seal so the fumes from the petrol invade the inside of the car and the petrol leaks out under the car. I rang them and they shirk all responsibility saying it was 'road wear'. We'll it's nothing to do with road wear we Andre talking about the cap on the tank being smashed onto the tank before I ever got it. Absolute arse holes it will cost me £670 to fix and they don't want to know. AVOID these losers and save yourself a lot of grief. I'm now considering the small claims court.

I bought a Mini from here back in August, The car was clean and in good condition and very good value for money. I did have an issue with the power steering and the alternator but the car came with 3 months warranty so they got it sorted for me quickly and easily. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Saw car on line this morning brought it 2nite the car was even better than picture Adam and team were really nice and helpful I would totally recommend anyone 2 buy from them and the car purrs so pleased
Quite possibly the worst garage I’ve ever had the misfortune of using, customer care must be a strange alien concept to them, please take my advice and STAY AWAY from these. Utterly useless and a discredit to the motor trade

Bought a car from them in April, car developed a fault and they took it back in under warranty. Car seems ok but they will not supply any paperwork to show it has been fixed and only sent a screenshot of the part from ebay. I think the repair has been bodged, they just claim they have no paperwork from the garage!!

update, had car inspected and it looks like they did not do any work even thought they claim they have. Passed to Trading Standards who are reporting them. Also they have closed 1 company at this address after 3 CCJ's registered against them in 2014. Same directors.
I bought a Vauxhall Astra from this dealership back in April and everything was bang on! The car was in really good shape and the service was excellent. I have had no issues at all and I would highly recommend the dealership.

Great service from Adam, the car was just as advertised and in excellent condition, well prepared also with a quarter tank of fuel for the test drive. I've looked at a few cars before i bought this BMW Z4 but some had hardly any fuel to get out of the dealer site! Adams professional and friendly manner was a big plus as I wouldn't normally travel two hours to buy a car. I would definitely recommend Citiwheels for good service, value and friendliness! Very happy customer.
Bought an old VW golf there in November. I had a general service just recently done (Have hardly driven the car as I generally use public transport - so it hasn't had much use)... and the garage informed me that one of the wheels is 13 years old. It gets better.... my spare wheel is 19years old!!!!!! This came with a passed MOT!!????!! Will definitely not recommend or buy from them again!!!
