CItiwheels were awful. I bought my car being told that the MOT was due in June 2016, however they sold it to me with only 2 weeks MOT. I was a young woman buying my first car when I purchased this vehicle so I was none the wiser. November 2015 I was involved in a road traffic collision where a lorry changed lanes when it was unsafe to do so sending my car rolling down the ditch. I was told at the scene that my MOT was invalid and that the dealership had lied to me. I phoned citiwheels to see if they would sort responsibility but they just laughed at me and told me I was stupid enough to buy it with 2 weeks MOT that was my problem. Very unprofessional of them and I have informed BBC watchdog and the police. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I bought a car from them in november last year. Just took it in for a service recently and was informed one of my wheels was as old as 13 years old, and the spare wheel - 19 years old!!!!!!!! And this came with a passed MOT. So no idea who's doing the MOTs for them but it all sounds like BS. I'll never recommend or buy from them again! Not shocked at what happened to you.

citiwheels were good, I got the car with minimal fuss and the dealership did their job well. One gripe I have to mention is I would have like them to clean the car before handing it over but apart from that everything was sweet as.

I found Citiwheels through Autotrader, they are by no means local to me but given the price compared to other dealerships closer to home it was a no brainer. The customer service was on point, they were very through taking me through the car and the documentation which gave me a great deal of confidence in the car I was buying. I would recommend Citiwheels no problem.

I found them on AutoTrader after looking for Audi's, they had the right model at the right price, it was low mileage and the condition was exactly as advertised. I'd give them a look again when I'm looking for my next car.

I think Citiwheels and their staff were rude. Couldn't be bothered to get a car ready to test drive that I had called up about. Dreadful level of communication. I found that they had higher prices on the cars than were were shown online. Do not waste your time turning up to this place.
Bought a damage-repaired car. Was promised that the car had been repaired to a high standard, but it had not. Car almost went on fire, local garage discovered that the wiring was a mess, and it will cost £1000 to fit it. Citiwheels are not accepting any responsibility and are not helpful. I will be contacting Trading Standards.
