Took in car for faulty heater they needed to do 2 diagnostics at £168 each because needed to get to the cause of the problem but money doesn’t come off work that needs doing, came back the part is £800 and £1600 to fit plus came back with a list of £3k worth of work, looked online the part is £52, called another Citroen part is £170.40 and with fitting £338.40, did I mention the car has only done 35700 miles? I’ll be cancelling the service plan and getting in touch with business standards as this company is looking to exploit people for their money with ridiculous prices!
Took our van in for 2 year service (£330) citing a wobbly arm rest. Upon return the arm rest was completely detached and snapped in two places. The staff (Jessica) was completely rude and dismissive. Firstly claiming we had signed to allow detachment of arm rest then realising they should have reattached after inspection ,retracted and claimed they had pictures of the detached arm rest (presumably after mechanic had detached) . We would have taken pictures prior to handing over , had we known a reputable Citroen dealership had the integrity of a bootleg garage! What was most distressing was the fact out young children were with us and we were still being screamed at in an unapologetic tone across a desk while Jessica was seated . It was clear we were visibly distressed yet no attempt was made by any staff to make us feel heard. Our children were equally up. Incredibly humiliating and distressing experience, one which I would not expect from entering such a place. Utterly shocking!! Should have read the reviews !

Bought a car online with Mark at robins and day romford, the experience from start to finish was 1st class, Mark had everything done and arranged delivery to Glasgow, received the car in less than a week, car was immaculate and the delivery driver was lovely and went through everything with me. Would highly recommend them . Outstanding customer service as it should be.

Visited today, didn’t have a pleasant interaction with Mark Sullivan, didn’t feel welcome, just got a look like, really I am busy… didn’t try to encourage or show any vehicles, didn’t offer a seat, would recommend management to overview what kind of employees there are.
Just purchased my nearly new Berlingo last week. I found all the staff I spoke to very pleasant and helpful. Charles Morgan was my contact and arranged the sale and delivery. He really looked after me and always did what he said he would do. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered by a very nice helpful driver just over a week from my enquiry. The car arrived in great condition and was beautifully clean. I would also like to add that we are just coming out of lock down. The staff are limited and working under pressure to look after their customers who had placed orders before lock down. Under pressure they were still very polite and helpful.
Hi just bought a DS4 and extremely pleased with my purchase, I was looked after by Adam Scrimshaw at Robins & Day Citroen in Romford. Car was delivered on time and extremely clean and tidy. Would definately deal with them again and recommend you ask for Adam.

I popped in for a routine part replacement on my vehicle, at R&D Romford 1st Nov at 2pm - Confronted with incredibly rude , hostile and unprofessional sales/service staff , and on top of that lacking professional courtesy such as "please" and "thank you". Both staff involved (male and female) very RUDE, argumentative, hostile, behaving in a cowboy-like manner, expressing their personal opinions with their overall WHITE-trashy attitudes. I stormed off to another professional dealer at the disgusting treatment given. Never again and avoid Robins & Dats Citroen in Romford at all costs.

Just had a what they call a major service at £299, took them about 3.5 hours (not bad at £85 per hour) and most of it is a check other than an oil and filter change rather than actually getting their hands dirty, they kind of washed the car badly, then send you a video of how well they`re doing and then a report on what needs to be fixed, so you can have the agg of making another appointment to take the car back again, they don`t do anything there and then by the sound of it, and not impressed at all. So, I was told I had 10% left on my rear brake pads and 30% left on the front pads and I needed a new nearside fog lamp as the glass was broken, asked for a quote and was given front and rear pads to replace £300, they couldn`t give me a price to replace the fog lamp because it didn`t show up on their computer and that someone would call me back with the quote. A week and a half later I get a voicemail telling me to replace the fog lamp is £150. So, went on line bought a fog lamp from EUspares at £13.43 and fitted it myself, (15 minutes) saved myself £135. Thought I`d get a second opinion on the brakes and was told, rear brakes approximately 40% left and the front brakes approximately 50% left, based on my current annual mileage that equates to between 6 to 8 months before I need to get the pads looked at again, depending of course on how and what type of driving I am doing. I hate being ripped off, so I thought I would share this with anyone thinking about going there for any kind of maintenance. DONT DO IT..... Oh, and you get a text after so you can mark them out of 10, 10 being the highest, I text back a 3...haven`t heard anything back since...???

Yesterday, 4th June 2018, we closed the deal and bought a brand new Citroen C4 Picasso. We had originally started the proceedings in early May with the Branch Manager, Mr. Joe C working extremely hard over two/three days to find a new car within our price range and requirements. We had bought a DS from him in 2016 and he was then extremely helpful too. Thank you Joe. Yesterday, Mr. Dipesh N continued and concluded the business to our great satisfaction. Thank you Dipesh...you were great. Great service from both polite and considerate salesman. Thank you.
Initial visit ti Citroen Romford was ok. But trying to get hold of anyone after that impossible. Not response to emails, calls, online offers. Nothing. It's almost like they don't want the business.
