Faulty cars-awful customer service! Manager at City Cars Enfield is extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful. He told me that he didnt care to sort out my faulty car feauture because his dealership is closing down in 2 weeks anyway....shocking!!!! From the many reviews that I have read online just now, he has many unhappy, dissatisfied customers, no wonder his business has failed and has to close down!

Booked to go to see a car at City Cars Enfield and then also called in the way. They didn’t get the car out and made us wait 20 minutes to speak to someone who before they had even showed me the car said ‘are you taking it today’ I said I want to look at it and take it fir a test drive. Explained I’d driven over an hour to get her and that I’d been waiting. He said you havent waited long but as it’s raining if your not taking it today you can’t test drive it!! We said leave it and he said ok. Total time wasters!!

Brought a car from this so called garage 4 years ago just found out that it was a stolen/cloned car reported it to them but what a surprise not interested one bit never reply to emails phone calls. just read other peoples review before buying from them

Purchased a vehicle for ‘top dollar’ with FSH and low mileage expecting a reliable car from City Cars Enfield. Two weeks later the gearbox valve body went. Three weeks after that the swirl flap motor needed to be replaced. Now I’m having to fit a new engine in the vehicle and my mechanic has taken picture s to show just how many faults there are with the car including a break in the alternator bracket and an incorrectly fitted bolt on the chassis and broken bolt holding the alternator in place. The manager is rude and became very defensive when being told he needed to replace the valve body (this was under dealership warranty due to the lack of time lapsed from buyimg the vehicle) but he failed to provide any paper work for the repair because (and in his words) he would have to pay VAT for the repair and the repair was already expensive enough. This dealership commits to nothing in writing and have no idea of what after sales service should look like. On top of the £8k paid for the vehicle I’ve now paid a further £4K in repairs. CityCars Enfield are a disgrace and should be made to cease trading. I also note that the company is listed as dissolved on Companies House.

The dealership, crooks!! They are so happy to take your money but as soon as you that money is handed over they laugh at the fact that they have screwed you over and undoubtedly believe they are within their rights to sell dodgy vehicles that threaten lives of anyone in the vehicle and those around it! The car's are faulty and only upon returning will they deny then somewhat accept and fix the issue. Please please please do not even entertain the idea of going to this 'show room'.

After spending £10,000 brought a car which had some faults, was finally fixed but not happy to do, There was no communication from City Cars Enfield as of when or where we were shocked how it was handled. The manager was very rude and un -professional clearly needs some customer service skills!
