It’s been a pleasure dealing with city cars from start to finish. Many thanks to Saf for keeping in contact from the day their dealership received the funds to the day the car was delivered to me. Saf made sure that I receive the car on the very day and time he promised. My new ride drives smoothly as described, I pray it stays that way. Many thanks to the delivery gentleman, he was polite and respectful. If this vehicle doesn’t fail me. Saf took time to explain to me about their additional products and I was given time to consider purchasing them without any sense of pressure selling. I will definitely look to you in future but also recommend your dealership. I pray that I never return to update my review. Thanks Saf and your team.

Hi Steven, We appreciate you have taken time out of your busy motor trade schedule to leave this fabricated review. You called City motors at 5:30pm on Friday the 07/06 to confirm your viewing for Saturday the 08/06 where the vehicle was professional valeted and parked and along our front row along with the 5 other VW Golfs we have. At no point was there any conversations about the vehicle being filthy, the only conversations that occurred were regarding the general condition of the 10 year old vehicle and the general wear and tear that you would expect. You came to a view a vehicle that was listed for £6990 and were wanting a £1000 discounted to which we kindly declined to sell the vehicle to you so we wouldn't classify that as being rude. We are well aware of the company you work for so would expect you to reconsider the fabricated review that has been left as now we have had dealings with you as a company we would also be well within our rights to review our experience with you guys.
Car was brought over the phone and delivered from peterborough to Coventry the same day of purchase ! Lads were very helpful , spotted a minor fault on car on the delivery but they had no issues resolving this , booked me straight into local garage and paid to get fault fixed ! overall happy with the purchase !

This is now my 2nd time purchasing a car from City Motors. The car was exactly as advertised on their website in person. From putting down a deposit, I was contacted regularly with updates, 3 days later my car was delivered and I couldn’t be happier. The service was exceptional from Kam & his colleagues. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience purchasing my Tesla from City Motors. The lads here are fantastic, they looked after my children who kept busy with the free drinks and PlayStation whilst I went through the motions of buying my car. Overall great experience and I would recommend
