It’s been 2 weeks since I have requested a refund as I do not wish to buy from this place anymore due to terribly poor service. I have not yet heard anything at all and instead of issuing a refund I am being requested to fill in details to confirm my sale! Very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of this branch especially with the management team. All they care about is securing orders and making money in a very dishonest way. They are acting quite unethically and haven’t given me any confirmation of if or when I will receive a refund.
Do not buy from Volkswagen Ruislip!

Never take your car here for service, they will find an excuse to say your car is not safe to drive but they are happy for you to drive the car home. If you accept the extortionate cost of repair they will offer a discount but won’t tell you the cost of parts and labour vs discount. Apparently they can’t give you this information.so basically they already know the total cost of repair, jack up the price by 50% and then tell you they will knock off 15-20%. My cars been here 7 times in one year , simply because the car was never checked prior to sale. Their 124 point check is a 4 point check. Other time my car went back was because the techs didn’t do their work correctly and admitted it. They have no trained technicians they are all youngsters doing apprenticeship so they get paid to learn not paid todo a trained job. Avoid please please please don’t go here for service repairs or mot, if you must buy a car but get it checked out under the ramp or my an independent.

Horrendous horrendous horrendous. Citygate Volkswagen Ruislip did some work on my car which to cut a long story short eventually led to my car being unsafe to drive. They had to be heckled to put the damage this caused to my engine right every step of the goddamn way. Problem after problem after problem with the car since I bought it. Their attitude is appalling not interested in after sales service at all. Heard nothing but bad things about them since. Only wish I’d heard these reviews earlier!!!!

They did exactly the same thing to me, and in between they promise to do one thing, don’t communicate with one another, make up a story and create a story

Enthusiastic sales staff but very poor technical systems that give constant contradictory information to staff making their sales job difficulat which leads to customer dissatisfaction and frustration with lack of reliability. Maybe you could train your staff.
The senior Sales Manager displayed more arrogance than polite and professional customer sales service. No acknowledgement of their own systems failures. I had to pay more for their mistakes.
I was simply trying to buy a new car for a member of my family.
Not a satisfactory experience overall.
