I have used CJP to buy my last 3 cars for my family they have all been great, we have recommended them to several of our friends and they have done everything they can to help. I still drive one of the vehicles which we purchased a couple of years ago and it has never let me down, my daughters are also very happy with the cars which we purchased from this dealer. The showroom is set in a lovely location and its a very relaxed environment not at any point do they make you feel they just want your money, I would seriously recommend this dealer. They have a wide range of stock and its always been beautifully presented on all of our visits.
I Bought my audi tt from CJP sales and service, and i have to say after seeing a bad review on this website I felt the need to comment on how great the service was that I received. You can see the time and effort that has been put into the business which is why it's a shame people have to write these things. I'm a single mum and the thought of buying a new car always seemed a hassle but the young chap was so helpful and honest, I would really recommend CJP to anyone who wants a high quality car.
CJP Sales really went above and beyond, they were quick to respond. Chris the salesman was lovely. I was travelling in by train and they picked me up at the station which was outstanding. They gave me one key, i was sure i was supposed to have a second so i called them up and they sent me a second in the post. highly recommend.

Yet another bad review for CJP. Sold me a unroad worthy car with no service history (advertised with FSH) and no mention of how many owners (he drives the white Range which is for sale - also doesn't list how many owners). Car broke down after 100 miles and returned with no funding towards petrol or time lost returning car. Finally he never sent off the change of ownership slip to the DVLA so I have lost £265 for a years tax. The most important thing when buying a car is to trust the dealer. MY ADVICE BASED OFF OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH CJP Sales & Service IS DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He is only out to turn a profit.
The vehicle I purchased has had so many problems that I'm not going to start to list them here. However the most concerning was the condition of the brakes, yet it had a 12 month MOT! Advertised with full service history which it turns out it doesn't. The owner was rude and unhelpful and the whole experience has been very unpleasant. If you do buy a vehicle from CJP at the very least have it FULLY inspected! I find it Incredible that these traders can take your money, mislead you and when the car breaks down are aggressive and rude to you.....we're the customers...wake up! I know many hard working honest garages who can hold their head high doing a proper and honest day's work and it's such a shame they get tarnished with the same brush because of people like CJP who cause such misery just so they can feed their greed....SHAME ON YOU!

This car dealer is not good. He tried to sell a defective car and manipulated a test report carried out by an third party in the process in order to convince me the car was fine. He is also extremely unprofessional and lack the most basic manners and etiquette. Stay away.
