We picked up our beautiful Range Rover Evoque on Saturday 28/01/23 & we absolutely cannot Rate this Car Sales BIG ENOUGH… right through from beginning to end. Within a week of getting our car from start to finish literally 6days our finance was sorted etc; Very professional service from both Jordon & Kerin all the way! We would defo return to CJS Autos if we ever felt the need in future …. Honestly Guys , so thrilled with our car,… & A1 service , well done 👍 Regards Carole & Jerry from Swindon
Sold a Renault traffic 2016 in black. Major fault were identified within days of having the van by a local garage and I was told to return the vehicle. After trying to do the dealership ( Keiran and Jordan) tried to tell me that I had to give them chance to repair the vehicle. This was wrong information and they did not run through any returns policy. Your consumer right allow you to return the vehicle within the first 30 days if faults are found. This vehicle had multiple faults and should not have been sold. I'm still fighting with the dealer now for my money back whilst they hold the money and the vehicle. 5 weeks without a vehicle now but it's only a matter of time before my money is returned as the finance company are dealing with them now. I wouldn't touch this dealer again and don't recommend anyone does, they are dishonest and will try to sell you vehicle not even road worthy. All the work is carried out by a local garage who at a guess would be doing favours given the amount of dodgy vehicle they put through. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Oh my God! We have been sold a pup too and are due to return it with a leaky oil pump with a tray to catch the drips as well as a leaky radiator and they put the bog standard shock on one side so now it is lopsided on the back axles! Luckily we got it checked with our previous garage and they were horrified. We will definitely be seeking a refund ASAP but he is now quibbling about having the drip tray fixed in again as he doesn't have a ramp?! So we have to get another garage to put it on with cable ties! Before we take it there! Unbelievable!!! Total shysters!!! Vicky

I bought a 2007 transit connect low mileage and in fantastic condition inside and out. Kieran was the perfect salesman throughout nothing was a problem. I will definitely use them again

I travelled for 2 hours to view a BMW vehicle at CJS Autos Ltd back on 04 July 2021. I had telephoned the dealership to talk through the condition of the vehicle prior to my departure and was informed that it was in good condition and the car was still awaiting preparation, After viewing the vehicle I noticed a few issues, plus I was unable to test drive the car, so I left (what I was told was) a refundable holding deposit to secure the vehicle and decided to await the 'pre delivery inspection' and an AA report, I booked the AA inspection and it took place on 13 July 2021. The AA report was fairly costly, but it highlighted several issues with the vehicle and subsequently I decided to abort the purchase. On another point the AA inspector was unable to conduct a test drive could as the vehicle was not roadworthy. That is from the AA report not my words. Several weeks later and after numerous telephone calls to the dealership my deposit is still to be refunded. Very disappointed that I am having to spend considerable time and energy chasing this up and am considering taking legal action if this remains un sorted. It is now 08 Aug 2021 and no contact has been made from the dealership concerning the refund despite several calls. I am extremely disappointed that the CJS Autos salesman had no idea of the cars issues, leaving me to think that no one had properly looked at the car before the dealership put it up for sale. This would have saved me the 4hr round trip journey to view the car and the subsequent expenses and hassle that I am now experiencing. To anyone thinking of using this dealership to purchase their new car, please be careful, I would advise buyers obtain an independent, professional inspection of the vehicle and avoid doing what I did and leave more than GBP 100.00 deposit. CJS Autos have provided terrible service in my opinion, but I am ultimately relieved that I never completed the purchase of said BMW.
Communication was brilliant from the beginning, product was exactly as described. Happily recommend CJS Autos all day long.
Cars do not have any professional inspection carried out. Lots of faults accross the range avoid cjs autos.
CJS Bristol is an absolutely fantastic place to do business, great car, and the staff are awesome, Kieran is incredible, totally dedicated to delivering a great service and finding the best solutions.
I purchased a Mini From here back in August. I have nothing good to say to them. They sold me a car with dangerous breaks and ruined the interior of the car when they were working on it. Halford's said that the car shouldn't have passed it's MOT/ I definitely wouldn't recommend.

All stock is carefully selected and in superb condition. The fussier I am the better car you will get. We hope that buying a car from us will be stress free and enjoyable experience and we will do our very best to make that happen.
