All went fine at the beginning, when we took it away there appeared to be a couple of faults. I didnt take out any warranty or insurance with the dealership so had to pop in garage near me and this has cost me £900/? How can it go that wrong so quickly? First day i got it the buttons were falling off, as if they were maybe glued. Runs well, things should be so much better. Someone must have been driving it around from the time of the advert to the sale as the mileage had gone up. Cant faulty the car now as its a lovely runner and looks great

Hi, I have only just seen this review and am intrigued to know what car you purchased from us? All our cars come with a warranty, we do not sell insurance?! the only reason your car would not have had a warranty was if the warranty cost more than the car. I find it hard to believe you would have spent £900 fixing things without coming back to me??! as for broken buttons i have never glued any on, also I would like to point out that I have my own car and never drive stock so it would be hard for me to put the extra miles on, having said this when I advertise i often round up so if its done 48,300 i would put 48,000 i will now change this. I feel very disappointed that if you have genuinely purchased a car from me you have not bothered to inform me of the faults, but have taken the time to leave a review?? Even without a warranty you are covered by your consumer rights and I would have made sure we put this right.
