As I have recently retired, I have had to revert from having new car every few years and delve back into the used car market, good god there are some sharks about... I had shopped around locally to me before venturing a little further afield and without naming and shaming, the costs, the attitude, the sneakiness of some dealerships is so far below par it's unreal. I had absolutely none of that with Clarion Cars, Tom was exceptional, very trustworthy, honest and helpful. The car is perfect, the experience was great and I couldn't recommend Clarion Cars anymore.

This is my second Ssangyong, I got my first in 2017 and have had it since, it's never gave me any problems and been a really reliable motor. The millage was creeping up and it was time for a change so I got myself the Rexton. Apart from a little surface rust on the towbar, it's perfect. The team are working on sorting the towbar and getting me a parcel shelf and the communication has been good while I am waiting. I can't pick a thing Clarion Cars could have done better and I really like the car too. Top service from a customer focused dealership, really satisfied with the experience.

I have always had Ford's as my main cars, I had a Fiesta first, then a couple Focus's, I needed something bigger and was looking at the EcoBoost but I wasn't a fan of the way the doors open outwards, I always back into things so this would become a serious hindrance. I had heard good things about Ssangyong and took the risk, I have absolutely no regrets. The car had a few little issues but all were handled very well by Clarion Cars. If you are looking for a dealership who you can trust, Clarion Cars are one to watch.

Everything is going swimmingly, I have never had a Ssangyong before and I have never had a pickup either. I am really impressed and as much as it is a novelty for me, all my friends want to see it, sit in it, go for a ride.. everyone loves and is very interested in it. From Clarion Cars perspective, there is nothing they could have done better, the service was excellent, Adam was really good, communication was on point and he was very informative. My only criticism would be of Ssangyong directly, their finance isn't very competitive and there are a couple design tweaks which will hopefully be made on future models. Overall 5 Star service and I would defiantly recommend Clarion Cars.

Took a business lease through Clarion Cars, we needed a new work horse and the Ssangyong cars we have had in the past haven't given us any issues. The Muzzo we have is issue free and serving it's purpose, getting tools and materials too and from site and the service was really nice, especially compared to other dealerships I have used in the past. Top dealership, worth a trip down if you are considering Ssangyong for your next motor.

Can't knock the lads at Clarion Cars and the cars they sell are all off a very high quality too. Great dealership in Worthing, Worthy of the #1 spot.

The car is absolutely fine, really happy with my new purchase! I went to Clarion Cars as I had seen how overwhelmingly positive their online reputation is, I can say after my first time, they really lived up to the expectation. My car is great, I dealt with Adam who was very helpful and didn't feel pushy, the communication was consistent and I would say Clarion Cars live up to the expectation and are a highly recommendable company.

The car is good, great in fact, I am really really happy with it. I am very used to SUV's, I had a Tiguan before and wanted something a little bigger and more robust. The car is mechanically sound although, I have noticed a couple electrical faults, maybe glitches would be a better description, the entertainment system will reset the settings sporadically and the auto headlights seem to be quite reactive. I am going to keep an eye on this and if persists, i'll reach out to Adam for a resolution. Overall, the customer service has been great, the car is perfect bar a couple minor glitches and I would highly recommend Clarion Cars! Thank you Adam.

I treated myself to a new car from Clarion Cars, it's very different from my 3008 I had before and has taken me a little while to get used to. I am quite pleased with the car and especially pleased with the service, Tom took good care of me, was informative and helpful before during and after the sale.
